| Recent Review: | | Two apartment complexes combined into one.The main, three story complex has old, ugly units.They are very small and old, matted, dark brown carpeting and appliances and paint old and gross.I looked at them and said no way.The smaller, two story,brick complex they bought next door are a little better and larger.New carpeting, even though it's still brown, freshly painted walls, and newer appliances.You can still tell that this is an older complex by looking at the kitchen and bathroom cabinets.Roaches and ants everywhere.A lot of families live there, but it's also a ghetto area and no security.The gate was often broken and all sorts of people driving and walking in and out of the complex.Only one apartment break-in during one year and no known car break-ins.Management is nice in person but never can get ahold of anyone if calling for maintenance purposes, even during business hours.Some neighbors very loud with late night music. |

| Recent Review: | | Ugh. It is located across the street from a grade school. No peace and quiet here!It is located in a very bad neighborhood. This apartment is extremely low income housing and so expect to see shopping carts from surounding grocery stores on the property and clothes drying on the balconies. |

| Recent Review: | | Make sure you get everything in writing and make sure you document all calls you make - date, time, etc.Maintenance is incompetent rude and they are deceptive.They were great up front - minimum deposit, not pet deposit, and they will work with you to get you in, but once they have you. I had to prove to them I paid a deposit.Great Location - but that is all.... |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments are well maintained but the office staff will not lift a finger to help anyone ever. They also take it upon themselves to call everyone including senior citizens by their first name. The manners reflect their trailer park mentality. |

| Recent Review: | | This complex is falling apart.The flooring in the second floor apartments is breaking down and has cracked the ceilings of the first floor apartments.These apartments have had serious flooding issues, always check the sheet rock replacement lines on the walls.People move out overnight.Ethnic music is played so loud it will ruin your holidays.The management never has light bulbs or air condition filters like they tell you when you move in.There are sex offenders living in this complex, but you don't know who they are.A man visiting another tennant was stabbed and robbed when he came to visit.The management never sent out a notice of the assault to the tennants.The offer of 6 months free should tell you something is wrong.Light bills are extremely high due to the fact that the A/C units are old and not energy efficient.There are large cracks in the walls by the doors which shows a severe settling problem.All the items I placed on the Move In Sheet that the management has you fill out were never fixed.The Public Health Department needs to check out the large rats that live on the roofs and run past your front door and those you can see are about a foot long.You can't put your mail in the outgoing mail slot. Someone will break into it and mess up the burglar bar covering the door of the mail room.If you move out before your lease is up, they will have a lawyer contact you and they put it on your credit report.This is the worst place I have ever lived and I do not advise anyone moving in there.The paint on the walls is so thick that when the tennants walk on the second floor, the paint will fall into your clothes, food, shoes in the closets.It's nasty.I heard it called a ghetto by some of the tennants.I believe it is.If you choose this complex to live in, you do so at your own risk. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived there 6 month (they have lease for 6 month and a year). Can't tell anything bad. only once gate was broken in the morning due to the heavy raining at night time and there is no other way to drive out the apartments - only one exit and entrance.with this apartment complex you buy a location. but don't forget that during the big games roads will be filled with cars. |

| Recent Review: | | The manager (Leity) is rude, but the others are nice (Jen & Karen). The residents are getting worse every day, anyone can get approved.Roaches are a big problem, I have the exterminator every week, but they still come.Don't leave your clothes unattended in the laundry. |
