| Recent Review: | | Well if you like roaches, green pools year round, and a $300 electric bill (even though it is 80 deg inside) then this is the place to stay!Management refused to replace my AC Unit though I complained 6 times (they said $300 is resonable for an electric bill for a 1000sq ft apatment) and they refused to clean the pool. I do not recomend this apartment complex to anyone or RCA managment either. |

| Recent Review: | | Do not move here unless you plan on living there for the rest of your life.The apartment management is average. Maintenence and service is good until you put in your 30 days notice to move out, then your trouble begins.They will try everything to keep you there and if you decides to still move, they will do everything to keep your security deposite and even go as far as charging you for other things.This is a listof some of the things I got charged for.- Sink not clean $45- Carpet needs cleaning $200- doorknob broke $65When they were done, I did not get my security deposite and I had to pay them $250, which I disputed. It was place on my credit report and now it is very difficult for me to find another apartment or even get a decent job. The service is good but if you move there, insist on been there with them when you move out for their inspection., take pictures of every claim they make and JUST BE CAREFUL. |

| Recent Review: | | Maxey Village is not a place that you should live in it has mice,roaches,mold,and mildue you can not eat with out roaches in your food lap or any where around you. I would have moved out before now but I do not have the kind of money to do sooo. If you are to want to look for a proper place do not move here it is a health hazard |

| Recent Review: | | Used to be owned by Gables, but new management has turned this on luxury apartment complex into a dump.The complex is now full of hoodlums and loud kids.There is music blaring at all hours.The front gate is always broken.Two of my neighbors had their cars broken into.Memorial Day at the pool looked like family day on Cell Block D.The fire department has come twice in the last month.Almost half of the garage doors are seriously damaged.Basically, everyone from the Walmart across the street just moved into these apartments.And there's a chicken running loose.Enough said.... |

| Recent Review: | | The Milano is a unique place to live. I have really enjoyed the complex. It is kept up well. The only downside to living here is the office staff. Don't get me wrong, they are very friendly but they are very unorganized, clueless, and it seems like they try and make every task a difficult one. On the bright side, after you move in you will not have to deal with them very often. Just make sure and stay on top of them during the whole move-in process. Other than that this is a WONERFUL place to call home. |

THEY DONT HAVE ANY MAINTAINENCE WORKING.THEY WILL GET ANY ONE OFF THE STREETS TO WORK THAT DOESN'T HAVE KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS ABOUT ANYTHING.THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING.THEY HAVE BEEN ON THE NEWS SEVERAL TIMES.THE MANAGER IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULD JUST RECONSIDER MY OPTIONS BEFORE MACKING A BIG MISTAKE. |
