| Recent Review: | | i moved in march 2004, i was robbed oct 2004, i have never never been broken into and i have lived all over town, so that was a nightmare for me, parking is another issue, tenents parking in handicap parking because their lazy asses don't want to walk, maintence is also a joke, my wash room is full of mold and the washer has been leaking water for 2 months and this is not a small leak either it's about 2 inches of water standing and draining into the walls, i pay 1058 dollars a month i feel montelago should be kissing my ass for that amount and ms pam to be in management never knows a dam thing i am really sick of it at this point and i am looking for another place asapso if you want great service you'd better look somewhere else . iwould hate to see the walls on the insideof the sheet rock i'm sure it is full of mold, i have astima and i am having problems breathing and it's because the maintence does not do their job but they want their rent on time, i do not even feel safe anymore |

| Recent Review: | | My unit is a gem, however some units have chronic problems with roaches, heating, bathtubs flooding, etc.Management is responsive to an extent.They are somewhat condescending and inconsistent in enforcing policies. |

| Recent Review: | | I love living here the office stuff is wonderful there help as much as they can. I have nothing to complain about the office stuff, but security her sucks the apartment cars have got stolen into twice the secound time 12 cars and trucks got broken into. But the office people help put trucks and cars into garages temparily till the windows got fix. The apartments complex is very nice as well expect the pets, theres is poop everywhere I mean everywhere on the grass that kids can't even go on the grass to play or you cant even walk on the grass. |

| Recent Review: | | No problems with management.Maintenance within 48 hours. Office offers 24 hour written notification prior to management or maintenance entering apartment. Clean and nice apartment after newly remodeled unit.No bugs/roaches.Grounds kept up and trash thrown in parking lots/halls picked up daily. Plenty of covered parking/parking garage spaces available. Security guards at entry since gate left open, as well as hired off-duty police on site due to issues with car break-ins.Walls thicker than most apartments; can't get around really loud neighbors though (and stay away from noisy pools).Great water pressure in shower and some units with washer/dryer.Good sized apartments for rent. Most tenants seem to be blue collar type, so don't expect a fancy, posh complex (I think built in the 80's).No issues with neighbors or management. |

| Recent Review: | | The new management has done a complete rehab of the property with all new interiors. The apartment is beautiful with new cabinets, counters, flooring, crown molding, and more. And all at a great price in a fantastic location! My call for a repair was done the same day! |
