| Recent Review: | | Management/Maintenance:Very unprofessional, not very knowledgeable, un-organized and has a big turnover.Constant problems with the water.Didnt have hot water for 10days.Was told that per the President of the Management Company (The MBS Companies) we would receive concessions for our inconvenience but then later they said NO.We have no hot water again, this is now day 4.Not very well lit in several areas.I started reporting in January that one of the flood lights has been out since late December and this is now Month 6 and it still has not been replaced.They obviously do not care about the safety and security of their residents.My upstairs neighbors bathtub was leaking into mine and it took over 4 months for them to fix the problem.Isnt that a health violation?There are broken and loose boards on the walkways.Fences are falling down.This is an old complex but it looks even older due to the fact that they dont do repairs or try to make the property look nice.Rent is raised with every lease renewal but these increases sure dont go to fixing up the property. |

| Recent Review: | | SURE THE BILLS ARE PAID BUT THAT'S CAUSE THEY WOULD LIKE YOU TO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND INVEST IN BULLET PROOF WINDOWS.THE AREA IS NOT THE BEST AND WOULD'NT RECOMEND RAISING YOUR CHILDREN HERE THERE ARE RATS RUNNING AROUND AND OTHER ANIMALS BUT IF YOU THINK THAT IS THE FUNNY PART THEY HAVE A NICE APARTMENT FOR VEIWING SO YOU WOULD WANT TO MOVE IN BUT ONCE YOU LOOK AT THE APARTMENT THEY GIVE YOU IT IS REALLY SOMETHING ELSE SO I RECOMEND THAT YOU LOOK ELSE WHERE COUSE THIS IS NOT A PLACE TOO LIVE. |

| Recent Review: | | This is an awful community... My car was broken into on three seperate occasions.The towing company for the apartments towed my car away for no reason and when I spoke to the management they said, "oh they arent supposed to be towing cars away" So unconviently I didnt have a car till I could get a ride to go pick it up.There are constant problems with the apartments: mold, dust, constant construction, water and electricity being turned off due to maintance, parking (spaces, people driving the wrong direction (one-way), holes in pavement), the gate never works, cats/dogs running around loose, and the garbage is always overfull. |

| Recent Review: | | The girls in the leasing office are so attentive!Whenever I am in need of any type assistance - they are always there to offer their help.It is so nice to walk in to a place where everyone is smiling and it is genuine.Obviously these gilrs love there job because it shows.I am always telling my friends about where I live and encourage them just to go by to meet the staff and that will make them want to live there!The social events are fun!The grounds are clean!The location is unbelievable!Five Stars! |

| Recent Review: | | Apartment is a great size for the price, but otherwise leaves a lot to be desires.Had items stolen during a maintenance call when first moved on.Office offered to reimburse, then later refused.Had several (5-6) ceilings leaks resulting in unsightly damage to ceiling and walls.Most of office staff was helpful and friendly with a few exceptions.Had significant damage done to my car one night while it was parked in property parking lot.Definitely would not not not recommend living in Scotland Yard to a friend (or even an enemy!) |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment is decent for the price.The management does not respond to problems at all!A neighbor with a small child accidentally locked herself out of her apartmentManagement refused to send someone to unlock her door.She waited 5 hours for Pop a Lock to arrive.Our Air Conditioner went out during the summer.It took them 4 days to fix it.They had new tile laid in the apartment.They were suppose to put down flashing where the carpet me the tile (to keep the carpet from being damaged)Never happened.The Berber carpet started to unravel.And forget about getting your refund back within 30 days of move out.It took us 4 months of constant calls and threats of calling the Texas Apartment Association and the BBB to get our deposit back.Run and find another place to live!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
