| Recent Review: | | I've lived at Sterling Point Apartments for 5 years and I've never experienced any major inconveniences besides the typical ones. They do offer good maintenance the location is good because it is near every major area in Houston and their prices are fair. |

| Recent Review: | | Stirling Court Apartments is an older AIMCO Properties community in Northwest Houston in the Willowbrook Mall vicinity.When I first moved into the community, I was impressed with the resident demographics and how peaceful the community seemed to be.However, due to a turnover in management (three in less than a year), I have noticed over the course of the past several months that this once relatively quiet apartment community has now become a not so quiet, not so enjoyable area in which to live.The maintenance staff is slow to respond to requests and the current management staff is definitely lacking in CUSTOMER SERVICE skills!!!!!!!!I would, however, recommend the area as a |

| Recent Review: | | 1) Theft -> I came across 2 families got their apartment robbed in 20042) Outrageous fines while moving out -> Just got screwd when I moved out. I stayed in this apartment for 1.5 years. When I moved I was charged about $50 for apartment cleaning(I spend almost a day cleaning it before vacating).Another $138 for OZON Treatment the apartment for 24 hrs. ridiculous! All this after paying abt $625 rent for last 1.5 years3) Drugs -> I havnt seen any . No comments4)Staff -> Property is good as long as you do not have to deal with the staff. Donna the manager is never good to deal with even when u r signing up the lease.5) Parking -> If you are in one of the blocks closer to the entrance, parking is a problem every night.6) Not enough light -> this property is very poorly lit.. there are only very few lights in the pool and parking area and outside the bulidings.. |

| Recent Review: | | THE SECOND WEEK I MOVED INTO THE APARTMENTS THE WATER WENT OUT. NOT KNOWING WHAT HAPPEN WE CALLED THE STAFF AND ASK WHAT HAPPEN THEY SAID THEY DIDNT KNOW. SO I HAD TO CALL THE WATER COMPANY AND ASK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT A PIPE BUSTED AND WILL BE FIX ASAP. BUT ASAP WAS LIKE 2DAYS. MY PROBLEM WITH THE WHOLE SITUATION WAS THAT THE STAFF SHOULD HAVE TOLD EVERYONE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND FIND OUT WHAT WAS HAPPEN WITH THE PROBLEM SO THEY CAN TELL US WHO LIVE HERE. AND THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PARKING FOR EVERYONE IN THE APARTMENTS. ITS LIKE A FREE FOR ALL WITH THE PARKING SPACES.WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN HERE THE STAFF WAS NICE BUT AS SOON AS I WAS HERE FOR ABOUT THAT SECOND WEEK THEY WOULD NOT LISTEN TO YOUR PROBLEMS WITH THE APARTMENT AND DEAL WITH THE THINGS THAT NEED TO BE FIXED. AND IF YOUR LUCKY TO HAVE THE MANAGER CALL YOU BACK SHE WILL NAG TO YOU ABOUT YOU LETTING HER KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH THE APARTMENT. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE. THEY APARTMENT PRICE WAS TO HIGH AND THE SERVICE WAS BAD. |
