| Recent Review: | | Do not move here. They are only running 60% occupany and are letting everyone and their mothers move in. The place is VERY dirfy. It flooded 4 weeks ago and they still have yet to replace the carpet in the workout room. You have to work out on concrete. Since all the units are over the pool loud young neighbors that go to clubs and stay up parting until 6am is a constant. Cars have been hit and run in the garage. Your visitors have no guest parking and usually have to pay when it's during Astors games. Please be smart and do not move here. I would give to get out of my lease here. The office still has not added us to the walk up gate and we have been here 6 months it's terrible and lazy management...they do give a great tour of the property however. I give them a 9.5 for a good guided tour of the property. |

| Recent Review: | | On the outside this place appears nice and secure, but beware!If you want to deal with unscrupulous landlords, have your apartment or car broken into, have your car stolen and deal with other people's unsanitary mess then this is the place for you.This place is extremely over-priced and NOT SAFE.!!!!! There have been several car and apartment break ins and cars have been stolen from a locked, gate access garage.tHIS CAN BE VERIFIED WITH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT These breakins have occurred even when security has been present-hummm is it an inside job.Anyway---Renter BEWARE |

| Recent Review: | | i lived here for 6 months when i first moved to houston and was unplesantly surprised. the property is old and not very well built. maintenance issues take a long time and the upkeep of the grounds leaves much to be desired. the apartment itself isnt bad, decent fixtures and relatively clean. unless you can negotiate really great rent look elsewhere. |

HAVE VERY UNSTABLE FLOORS.DRAINAGE OF SEWAGE IS A PROBLEM AS WELL AS STORM DRAINAGE, PARTS OF THE PROPERTY FLOOD.THE MAINT. CREW IS VERY UNDEPEDABLE AND TAKES NOT PRIDE IN IT'S WORKMANSHIP.IT IS A SHAME THAT A COMPANY THAT WAS FOUNDED WITH SUCH HIGH STANDARDS HAVE COME DOWN TO THIS--A CREW OF EMPLOYEES WITH AN ATTITUDE OF "DOING ONLY ENOUGH TO GET BY".DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GROUP OF MISFITS. |

| Recent Review: | | When you first see these apartments you might think that they are nice until you move in. These apartments are so huge you have to have a map just to get to your own apartment. We live downstaris at the corner and we are constantly having a bug problem. If it's not waterbugs, or HUGE cockroaches then it's these black wormy caterpillar things that travel in groups. One day I went in my room to get something and they were about 10 to 15 of them all over the walls. i called the office so that they can come exterminate but they never came. Water leaks in my bathroom on a regular basis. I tell them they come and paint over it. The upstairs tenant had an overflow and started leaking in my apartment they didn't tell my until I complained. I would not recommend these to any one at all. But I am only one person. |
