| Recent Review: | | This is not a place for the professional individual/individuals to reside. Individuals/ young families with children would not be comfortable here.The noise level is high through out the day and into the morning hours. Many thing attribute to this but the hightlights include, racing cars and motorcyles around the complex until 3 AM. Loud stomping in apartments all around you.Intoxicated individuals screaming off the balconies,as well as beer and cigaretts tosses off balconies. I could go on.The smell of animal feces is aparent at all times.When you do approach the management office to discuss your concerns and complaints, they refuse to see you.When complaints are made in writing, you are informed the lease can not really be enforced unless non payment is an issue.Overall, this is the worst apartment experience I have ever had. For the deposits you pay and the monthly rent that is required, it is NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR STRESS. |

| Recent Review: | | When I first moved in I loved this place, until my car was burgarlized & stripped clean in the parking.That morning 2 people came to me I told me that was coomon around the apartment.One young man even told me that he does not park his truck on campus any more & that he was moving just as soon as his lease was up.There is no sercurity, no garages, just a gate.I was not sercure anymore, I can not afford to break my lease, so I am waiting it out & watching my back.Other than that the staff was great, but this area is getting bad |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment is in a nice location the only apartment that is gated of the three complexes that are around it, which are managed by the same company. I like living here in the beginning, but the need for more space has arisen along with need for timely maintenance.At the end of my lease I could not get my drywall fixed in a timely manner, spent 2 weeks with a hole in the ceiling from a leak...All in all, living here was not bad but beware that you may have to hound management should something go wrong. |

| Recent Review: | | My first apartment I got was at Timberstone. The parking is ALWAYS full.. you have to literally walk 3 bulidings from your apartment to find a spot. Also, my apartment was robbed and all the management wanted was the case #. They showed no sign of sympathy and they are highly unprofessional. I call frequently because the neighbors are loud and the "maintence guy" thats supposely there 24 hrs a day NEVER comes out. The management.. Greystar know nothing about the apartment complex either, it looks like they hire people with no experience. Plus the hotel next to Timberstone apartments always have drug deals going on and they come over to Timberstone and rob our houses. Every night there is at least one car broken into. And management never sends out a notice. Its a nice area but its not safe and you will not get treated with respect. |

| Recent Review: | | I CANNOT wait until our lease runs out!These apartments are anything but luxury.There is definitely a funny smell to the building.The parking flat out sucks if you arrive later than 7:00 PM.There are usually no visitor spaces available.The office staff keeps changing and is unreliable.They are all young and uncaring, except for the acting manager, who tries her best.The elevators are always broken and people let their pets defecate anywhere, even inside the building!The units are old and definitely in need of major repairs.Ask them to tell you about the fire alarms if you do want to sign a lease.I would not recommend this place to anyone. |
