| Recent Review: | | The landlord does not care at all about the tenants and puts as little money inro the apts. as possible.The floors are rotting thru.Someone just called the city and they have cited them numerously.Apparently we have had 10+ gas leaks here, we could have all been dead!!Please don't move here, it is approaching condemnation!! |

| Recent Review: | | the only good thing these apartment offeres is that they are cheap and in a good school districk (alief). Other than that, management takes for ever to acomplish your request on any repairs, the amount of roaches are discusting. You can have your apartment to get pest control every thrusday but the roaches never end. If I would have known how bad these apartments are I would have never moved there, and i did a year lease big mistake!!!!Oh and another thing there is alot of crim at brays village. so if you want you 9 year old kid to get raped and your apartment broken into move there. |

| Recent Review: | | I have been living here about a year and I still cannot get rid of all the different type of bugs that live in this apartment. The appliances are extremly old.No microwave and the apartment itself is nasty, the carpet is old our regrigator kept leaking and instead of giving us another one they gave us an old one. Do not move here it is all too old.There were so many types of bugs including the humidity bugs and they in between all of my clothes |

| Recent Review: | | I lived here for a year and this property is very outdated.Propery is infested with cockroaches and the pool at times has been Green (Green people how does a comples ever let that happen?).Came home one day to a bum laying inside the walkway to my apartment I alerted Managment and they did nothing about it.This bum then proceeded to take a piss on the floor which was never cleaned by apartment complex.I was given the run around upon moving out and charged 490$ extra dollars in fees.I left the place looking better than when I moved in and I promise that.I do not suggest this place I was a model tenant never once paid late our gave anyone trouble and was treated like I was the bum laying outside.I would never live in any AIMCO property again and would discourage anyone else from doing the same. |

| Recent Review: | | Leasing office varies in attitude, but once I moved in the level of welcomeness dramatically declined. Most residents are okay about dogs. The apartments are reasonably well kept but they did not paint or fix nail holes in the walls before I moved in. The air conditioning is very old and in my townhouse never kept the apartment cool during the summer days. The sidewalks do flood a bit after heavy rain but that typically goes away shortly. |

| Recent Review: | | I am so happy that I no longer am staying at Cam Oaks. The bedrooms are very small. My rent for a 1 bed 1 bath was $848 and not all utilities were paid. Snoopy apartment mangers who are always in your business. If you want to be treated like a child this is the place for you. But if you want to be respected by your age and not your shoe size, live a little further from campus and don't experience this headache. |

| Recent Review: | | Irecently moved from houston to dallas. OMG the apartments here are twice as expensive for half the quality. I wish I could have picked up the camdens and brought them with me. Camdens was my first apt. I was very overwhelmed and scared. The mgmt. took care of me and made things easier for me to adjust to. I loved liveing there . Living there was like an episode of cheers. Evveryone knew everyone, we all hung out at the pool together, never any problems, always lot of fun.I miss the Camdens....... |
