| Recent Review: | | DO NOT MOVE HERE!Since I have lived here, and I signed a year lease, we were without hot water I'd say 2 months out of the year. It's horrible! And so frequent that it's enough to make me move next month. There is no warning via a letter or warning so you can prepare either. They don't fix anything and the appliances are ancient...Beware! My electric bill is always huge and we are very conservative!I would not reccomend this establishment to anyone! |

| Recent Review: | | The quality of apartments is excellent--spacious, clean attractive, well-kept grounds & pool. Even has business center with mini-theater, party hall and reading/ computer room.What sucks is the actual management--The water pipe broke 4 times in 2 months (not a drop of water for 6-7 hours at a time during the day) and we had 2 blackouts in the same period. However, when contacted about this matter, the management wasn't even apologetic or saw any need to explain what happened, why and what they were going to do to prevent such accidents. For the rent we are paying, we'd at least expect some form of written notice to residents. |

| Recent Review: | | i think it's over priced for what you get.i pay $750 for a townhome and i think they're charging $790 for them.it's only 975 sq ft and i don't have W/D connects.they do fix problems fast and call you to make sure it was taken care of.i went to wash clothes today and 2 out of 8 washers were out of order.i don't like the fact that they don't own their washer and dryers so if you lose money you have to contact them and get a refund sent to you in the mail...which doesn't get your clothes dried immediately if you lose quarters.but i've lived here for two years and they've gotten better management and things are improving.they're trying to put together a fitness center and they now have a clubhouse for you to rent out (it use to be the office).i see a concious effort to make this place better but i still won't be renewing my lease.2.5 years here is enough for me.they've put up these |

| Recent Review: | | You would think that a new complex with $1000 to $1500 a month apartments would be a nice place to live. When you drive up you notice a nice clubhouse and nice apartments. The apartments are well appointed and nicely decorated.The apartments themselves are nice, the problem is the management. Since I have lived here it has only gotten worse. The grounds are filled with trash, the dumpsters overflow with trash, and people work on their cars in the parking lot. Many of my neighbors have 8-12 people living in one apartment, and they are loud. When you call management they do nothing. They say that they they will talk with them, but nothing happens.That nice club house is often the site of hip hop parties, and when there is one, good luck getting into the driveway. They park every where, including in the middle of the driveway.When my lease is up I am out of here. |

| Recent Review: | | I have been here for 13 mo. The landscape is awsome. The apartment mngr, Tamera is supper nice and sweet. Fixed things promptly. Quiet, pretty, small complex, wonderful place to live. :) 1-10 I give this plave an 11!! Only down side, Parking not so hot. |

| Recent Review: | | It was advertised that these apartments had a security gate, security alarm and security patrol. I have seen none of that. The gates are broken allowing ANYONE to come into the complex. My car was broken into as a result of that. I've had trash thrown in front of my apartment and a broken glass table placed by my door. When I told the managers to clean it it took 4 days and then I received a letter stating I would be charged for trash removal next time. The townhouse I lived in was old, the floors creaked and the faucets were ugly and needed to be replaced. It was huge and I had plenty of space but it just looked ugly. The tenants are all of lower class and can't afford to live elsewhere. The rent is cheap ($640 for 1150 sqft townhouse). You get what you pay for in these apartments! |
