| Recent Review: | | My family has been loyal renters for the past 3 years.Only because we could not afford to move. Of those three years, the management and maintenance has consistently gotten worse.Our apartment manager discriminates against everyone in this complex who is not of her race, Mexican.Management is charge of allocating the amount of money that we pay for water.She consistently charges the Mexicans less money than she charges everyone else regardless of the number of people living in the unit.She also gives them breaks in their rent.How do I know this?Because my husband and I are very friendly with all of our neighbors.Anyway, maintenance is also horrible.We put in requests to have things fixed and normally it takes three months.Sometimes it never gets fixed.The gates are always broken.We have water damage in our apartment.Lastly, I have also heard from a friend of ours that has moved that the apartment manager makes up every excuse in the book not to return their security deposit.Do not trust these people unless you are their friend or you are Mexican. |

| Recent Review: | | i chose westchase forest after a lot of research. the property is well built and relatively new. maintenance is professional and very fast. grounds and facilities are looked after well. only issue is rent. the going rate for apartments is higher than the apts are worth. i think they know it so they're willing to negotiate, if you're persistent. just to give you an example, my rent is over $100 lower than the advertised rate. if you cant get much lower on the rent ask for more specials. |

| Recent Review: | | THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD ABOUT THEIR REFUND ON HOLDING AN APT!! BEWARE! THEY LIE TO YOU! MY MOM ALMOST MOVED THERE BUT, DID NOT LIKE THE APT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND $20 HOLD, IF SHE DID NOT LIKE IT. WHICH SHE DID NOT AND THEY REFUSED MY REFUND. I MADE SEVEREL ATTEMPTS TO CALL THE MANANGER LUANNE. BUT HSE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS!I HEARD THERE IS DRUG TRAFFICING GOING ON THERE TOO.AND ONE PERSON WAS SHOT AND KILLED THERE.WHILE THERE CAR WAS BEING STOLEN. |

| Recent Review: | | This property is well worth living at. The grounds are landscaped nice, the residents are respectful to each other and the staff is very helpful. The manager has worked w/ me in my time of need and I thank her for all she has done. These review sites are used mostly by angery residents with negative comments because they have had a falling out with the manager or company. I would like to take the time to say i'm very satisified w/ Westhill Plaza and I would recommend it to anyone.. |
