| Recent Review: | | ProsThe apartments are very nice and spacious.Convinent locationgreat priceFriendly staff (until something happens, but they are never rude.)Clean (No bugs!!!)No problems with parkingConsCRIME!!Gates don't always workShaddy area at night.Can hear neighbors through wallsOutlets don't always workThe reason I'm not recommending this place is the crime.This is common for this area of town; however, I do not feel this is acceptable.If you do think this area is where you want to be then this may be the place for you.Just lock up and make sure your car has an alarm or something.Again this place would be perfect if it were not for crime!I hope this helps.It really is nicer than the other apartments available in the area. |

| Recent Review: | | Great location just off Gessner and Westheimer. You can't hear the traffic at all.The maintenance is always performed quickly.The grounds are kept clean and trash isn't littering the property.The office staff are all nice and friendly.The price is high at nearly $700 for a one bedroom if you get cable, plus now you have to pay for water. |

| Recent Review: | | apartments are very nice and quiet, mgmnt is fairmy girlfriend and i have not had any problems.good neighbors, plenty of parking.....one thing we didnt like was no washer and dryerconnections....very inconvient.....rent had to bepaid on the first..which we always paid... put sometimes you need those few days...we also looking for something less expensive, not that we can't afford it... we want to save ..to buy a homein the future.... |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived at plenty of places before this.But I truly belive this place is home. I've lived on the 3rd floor by the street with a great view over looking richmond ave out side my patio and sit outside all the time and i love it.Ive done this for 12yrs now, home!!! huh!! I found this site by accident.I already read through a few and thoughtwhy don't people say good things and not bad. 12yrs i think should say something good about this place,hey, i hate to move, i love the fact that i can request something to be done, and it been done that same day, great staff, hey they had good, and bad. but it;s been great for a long time now, i don't think anyone from that office is leaving.they are very caring, and try their very best to keep you happy. that's great especially when i hear all my friends complain in the past about where they lived , but of coarse they end up living here at one point of time but either move away,or buy a house. Anyways i really believe you can find home here . I am living proof |

| Recent Review: | | Totally different experience, maybe the last person had a grudge for not paying rent or whatever. Nice staff, prompt service, and the manager doesn't put up with shenanigans. And a steal of a deal to be one block from Westheimer for rates like these. Two thumbs up. |

| Recent Review: | | Don't let this apt. complex fool you.From the outside it looks very nice.They spent plenty of money on the outside architecture but the inside structure is horrible.The amount of noise between floors is extremely loud.The plumbing leaks like crazy and the maintenence staff is virtually non-existant.The office help is untrained and could care less about taking care of it's tennents.Do yourself a favor, pass this one by. |
