| Recent Review: | | WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVE AT CENTRAL PARK APARTMENTS SURE ITS NICE SURE THE OFFICE STAFF IS SMILING AND LAUGHING WANTING TO HELP YOU BUT REMEMBER(IT IS JUST A FRONT AND THEY ARE WORKING FOR COMMISSION). I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE LIVED AT A PLACE WHERE I WANTED TO BREAK MY LEASE AND MOVE. ONE OF THE MAIN PROBLEMS I HAD WAS BROOK. SHE IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON AND SEEMS LIKE TO ME SHE MIGHT BE A LITTLE RACIST. SHE HAS A BAD ATTITUDE AND IS NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH ANYONE. TRY SPEAKING TO HER IN A NICE MANNOR BUT SHE STILL WILL TURN INTO A RUDE PERSON. AND GET THIS (SHE IS SO CALLED THE ASSISTANT MANAGER. VERY BAD POSITION FOR MISS BROOK I GUESS NO ONE WAS AROUND WHEN SHE WAS APPOINTED THIS. ITS TO THE POINT WHERE I DONT WANT TO CALL OR GO INTO THE OFFICE I FEEL VERY UNCONFORTABLE AND I WANT OUT. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO HAVE TO. |

| Recent Review: | | I didn't know when I signed a year lease what I'd gotten into.This apartments are ancient and falling apart.The management knows how bad it is but does nothing.It took them a year to replace my tub after I told them.I am moving out and getting my children safely away from this hell hole.The men stand outside and get drunk and there are gangs onsite, the laundry rooms are a joke and the area is trashed and needs major repair. |

| Recent Review: | | I don't like this apartment. It's alright for an older apartment, but I wouldn't live here again. I'd rather fork over the extra money for a nicer and newer apartment. Management threatened me when I left the trash on my balcony for a few hours. My bathroom door doesn't even close all the way. I'm waiting for my lease to be up to move to a new location...I can't wait! |

| Recent Review: | | Chartwell Court is a gorgeous upscale apartment community.Lots of break-ins & questionable mainteance. However, when we moved out things went south.We were unable to get a walk-thru with a representative & were charged $400 in damages that didn't exist.Even with pictures as proof we were forced to pay after Equity slapped the charges on our credit report.Equity Residential turned a deaf ear. We were residents with Equity properties for over 6 years it was a huge disappointment to be treated so poorly. |

| Recent Review: | | Someone was murdered here (June 2005) over a cell phone.And the parties invovled weren't residents, so the background check done on residents didn't accomplish anything.I've only seen the local drug dealer out here once, but then again, I usually go to bed early (around 10:30)!Haven't had problems with the residents here, but all the people coming and going that shouldn't be in the complex are a real problem.If you're looking for a bargain on rent, and can defend yourself, this is the place for you.Everyone else, steer clear. |
