| Recent Review: | | Chesnut Hill has turned into just another shithole on Bellerive. Crime is terrible, ane guy got stabbed in his apartment and just the other day my roomates and I had to hide in our apartment instead of going out like we wanted cause there was this asshole packing a gun around. We called the cops to report it and they said they already had someone on their way, but we never saw any cops...and there is a police station 5 min away! Management is so terrible. They don't keep tabs on anything and allow all these ghetto ass people to move in. They even fucked up my lease. I only wanted to sign up for 6 more months but they put me down for 12 more! I went in there and bitched about it and that dumbass in the office just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. Now I am stuck in this shitthole for another year! I can't break my lease cause it will look so bad on my record. Thanks a lot you dumb bitch! And another thing- every time it rains the fucking road in front of the apartments turns into a lake and those fucking office people wont open the gates cause they don't wanna get their pussy asses wet! Don't move in here-trust me-you will hate it!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | It's going on 3 years since I've lived at City West. The apartment itself is beautiful and it's in a great location. On the other hand the STAFF is horrible. I would love to recommend this apartment to my co-workers but, I refuse to due to the STAFF rudeness and lack of knowledge. What makes residence feel wanted and comfortable is the personality of the STAFF members. "I'm sorry but it's not my fault you did not go to college to get a degree and possibly have a better job!" The landscaping is beautiful and parking is great (no asigned parking). Overall, I dread going into the office to deal with their impolite ways of business. I wonder why so many people are leaving??? |

| Recent Review: | | With that undeniable aura that every crackhouse house has, Clear Creek Landing is not the type of place I would send even my worst enemy to live.Terrible management and trashy neighbors who have borrowed both money and electricity from me make this apartment complex a definate no-go.Sure, it has laudry valet which is great.Unfortunately, the low-lifes have realized that the laundry is unattended half the day and things have slowly disappeared.It has two pool facilities that are teeming with children.There is also a crazy tenent who roams around, digging through the dumpsters barefoot. |

| Recent Review: | | Looks nice during the day, but the night brings out the thiefs and drug addicts.Personally witnessed many occasions of open illegal drug use within the complex.And if you have a problem do not plan on it getting fixed ... oh, and if you are there, better submit every problem you have in writing!Office managment is pretty forgetful.Don't plan on an enjoyable stay - look around, there is much more for your money in the Northshore area.Colorado Club is actually 10% higher per square foot than Stone Park - do the math... |

| Recent Review: | | I've had my truck broken into. And someone losened the lug nuts on my husbands truck, causing the tire to fall off while I was driving. We have roaches, and there are many apartments closed off due to mildew. It is a quite community but very unsafe!!!!!!! |
