| Recent Review: | | this complex does great background checks, so the people here are pretty decent but the office staff sucks ass. they have this tow truck come through the apartments every night and tow cars that are parked wrong or look shady. my car was slightly over the line and they fucking towed it and i had to pay $150 to get it out of inpound. then when i went in to complain to it at the office they said they couldn't do anything! wtf! there is a difference between keeping your neighborhod safe and being stuck up assholes. I'm pretty sure my car being parked there wasn't hurting anyone. The rent here is too fucking expensive to have to deal with this bullshit. |

| Recent Review: | | you cant own pets, you pay 490 a month to have a roomate, you get flyers on your car every other day. parking is horrible, you have to park across the street and walk in because of the construction. the area is ok, my neighbors are loud, you get drunk people walking in at all hrs of the night. if you dont have to live here... dont... |

| Recent Review: | | I lived here for nearly 2 yrs and every 6months the rent goes up, cars are getting broke into and there is only enough hot water to cook a pot of macoroni and cheese. Don't expect to get any deposit back at all, I didn't!!! It may look appealing outside but once you get in, its horrible...The staff changes like I change my underwear and don't ever live on the bottom or middle floor unless you want to hear someone bowling from the above floor or having serious sex sex sex.....It is rediculous and it would be best if you stay away!!!!!! Drug dealers galore!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | The entire team cares about their residents.Most maintenance issues are handled the same day.All of the neighbors that I have met are pleasant, and you can talk to anyone.It is very peaceful, though it is a large community.They have recently started a program that gets residents involved in helping to community stay safe. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for almost six year and the only reason i'm leaving is beacuse i bought a house.maintenance is great, management always helpful and nice. close to schools and it's not what i would call quiet, but it's as quiet as can be for a large apartment complex. me and my children will miss edgebrook. |
