| Recent Review: | | I WOULD RATE THE ENCLAVE AN OVERALL 4. THE APPEARANCE LOOKS GREAT. TREES ADD ELEGANCE TO THE PLACE. THE MANAGEMENT IS FRIENDLY, WITH A SMILE. THEY TRY TO FIX THERE FAULTS ASAP. THE MAINTANCE ARRIVES ON CALL. THEY WILL GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP. I HAVE EVEN SEEN THEM COME TO HELP ON HOLIDAYS!HOWEVER, THERE HAS BEEN A SERIES OF CRIME. THE GATE IS ALWAYS BEING BROKE. THOUGH I MUST SAY THE MANAGEMENT TRIES THERE BEST TO KEEP THE CRIME LOW. THEY HAVE CHANGED THE WAY THE GATE CODE OPERATES AND I'VE SEEN MORE PATROL OFFICERS AROUND. THE NOISE IS OK. I CAN ALWAYS HEAR MY NEIGHBORS STOMPING DOWN THE STAIRS.ALTHOUGH THE ENCLAVE HAS SOME FAULTS, LIKE CRIME, I MUST SAY THE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTANCE CREW TRIES THERE BEST AND VALUES WHO LIVES THERE. THE LANDSCAPE IS AWESOME AND THE POOL AND VOLLEYBALL COURT ADDS SO MUCH MORE EXCITEMENT TO THE PLACE. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex is the worst in houston. My boyfriend lived in them for a year and he got his aprtment broken into twice. The leasing center people are rude and don't fix anything in your apartment. All they care about is getting money. They will come early in the morning banging on your door for rent when its not even due for another couple of days. So please please please no one ever live here. I would fear to much for your safety. |

| Recent Review: | | Having lived here for over 1 year I am ready to get out before the place falls down.Frequent leaks, little repair.Recent superficial work.Check ceilings for signs of leaks.Ask about mold.After a severe water leak on the third floor theapts. never checked inside the walls or under the paint for mold growth.Irritatingly frequent management changes.6 in 14 months.Recently noticed some apartments over crowded.I was notified by phone by the current office girl that I had to put my miniblinds down.I laughed at her and reminded her that I had signed nothing that addressed permissable miniblind height. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for 3 years and have no real complaints.The parking for VISITORS is pretty rotten.If you live in the front of the complex, your overnight guests have to either park in the far back of the complex, or park outside the gate in the leasing office parking lot or have their car towed.I know that thats only fair to the residents so they could park close to their door, which I have never really had a problem with, but I don't want my guests to have to walk a mile just to get to their car.HOWEVER, there is a path right next to the gorgeous lake ... so if they have to walk, at least they have a great view!Other than that, the crime is almost non-existant (you cant really do better than that, I mean, where is there a place that is crime-free?) and the people are very friendly.The office staff used to be rude, but they have been replaced and now I have no complaints at all.There is always a security guard living at the property and he does patrol at night ... not that he really ever needs to. |

| Recent Review: | | I CURRENTLY RESIDE HERE AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS.MAINTENANCE TAKES CARE OF MY REQUESTS IN A TIMELY FASHION.FLOOR PLAN IS SPACEOUS ENOUGH FOR ME AND MY FAMILY.LIVING ON THE OTHER SIDE (DOWN 2 STREETS) IS QUIET, THERE ARE ACCESS GATES AND IS ON A DEAD END STREET.THERE IS NOT MUCH TRAFFIC FLOW OVER HERE.NEIGHBORS ARE QUIET AND KEEP TO THEMSELVES. |
