| Recent Review: | | The apartments itself are not bad. The problem is mismanagement. They are slow on repairs and only clean the grounds surrounding the leasing office.Now- the real problem is many, many people trespassing on the property. There have been numerous complaints made to management and the police regarding persons from neighboring apartments using, abusing and breaking the facilities. There's loud noises at 3am in the pool area and management has failed to respond to tenant complaints. The Amli web site features upscale living-obviously that does not apply to Amli at Valley Ranch! |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at Benchmark Apartments for 3 years and I would never consider moving. The staff is wonderful & provide me with the best customer service. We have the best resident activities. Our grounds are nice & clean & well kept. Maintenance always takes care of my requests promptly. It is a nice & quiet community to live at & I will be staying for years to come. Thank you Benchmark Staff for making this my home. |

| Recent Review: | | Don't rent here!!!!Look elsewhere first, these apartments are noisey lots of motorcycles that race in the middle of the night, a nosey and rude manager that has nothing better to do than to watch her tenents.Maintance, every maintance request is normal and there is really nothing he can do about it.They only have one maintance man and they might as well have none at all! |

| Recent Review: | | This place is by far one of the best places I or my friends have lived.They are the largest floorplans in Las Colinas.There are no other complexes that even come close to the size for the great price.We have door to door trash pick-up three times a week, beautiful landscaping, low utility bills, great staff.The list goes on.Any time I go to the office for a package or just a simple question, Tanya, the manager, knows me by name and apartment number.The only thing I can think to complain about would be a few of the neighbors.NOT representative of the majority of them.There is just too much shady looking visitors at all hours of the night for me to feel really comfortable.But again, management wants us to let them know immeadiately if there are any problems.Any maintenece requests are fixed within 24 hours, most within a few hours of the call. |

| Recent Review: | | Just about every week, cars are being broken into, wheels are being stolen from cars and left on blocks, apartments are being broken into, maintenance buildings are being broken into. The list goes on and on and continues to grow longer by the day.Mangement just recently turned over at this property yet again in February of 2005. (Third time in as many years.) With the current management, this property will sink to new lows. It already has.Try getting something fixed in your apartment or on this community. Its not going to happen. You won't even receive so much as a return phone call. The only thing the current manger, Tasha, is good at is making her office staff be the go between so she doesn't have to deal with irrate residents herself AND ignoring residents requests.She has no clue how to run an apartment community other than to run it straight into the ground.The community grounds look like a landfill and that is putting it mildly. There is trash every where because they don't schedule enough pick ups to accomodate the number of residents in this community. Trying to save a buck.Half of the maintenance crew cannot even speak English. So even if you are lucky enough to get a repair, good luck communicating with them unless you know Spanish. The maintenance crew has even makes use of all of the WalMart shopping carts that are left on property by the lower class clientel that this community caters to now. The maintenance crew uses the shopping carts to transport their tools and equipment around the property. FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY HERE!They will rent to anyone who walks in the door with cash in their hands and they wonder why they have such issues of crime and people destroying the pool areas. Yes the low class people who are moving in to this community have now caused management to close the pools indefinitely because of vandelism.So consider yourself warned. You don't want to live here. |

| Recent Review: | | Half of the members of the staff are extremly helpful and professional. The other half are lazy and incompetent. When I had to go to the office for any reason, I would either waiting for 20+ minutes before any employee even acknowledged my presence in the lobby or I would be help within a minute. My work orders were either resolved the next day after only 1 trip to the office or after several days with multiple trips to the office to complain. |

| Recent Review: | | I have had a lot of problems with the management at Jefferson place while living there, after moving out and an year after moving out. After we moved out, we called the apartment office several times and went personally to check into our account balance and make any payments necessary. But they always had some problems-couldn't retrive out records, said they would fax the statement but never did. Finally after a few months of follow up,I got fed up and gave up. An year after we moved out, we got a statement from collection service with a big amount we needed to pay. They did not refund our deposit and charged additional collection fees. And we just had to make the payment as noone would hear us out. They are the modern day robbers and would take every opprtunity to rob their customers off their hard earned money. We had other issues with the management too and I could go on and on. But in short, this is definitely one complex I would not recommend to anyone. |

| Recent Review: | | Very UNhelpful staff.Poor maintenance, never fixed anything right.Way too expensive and then when you move out they keep your deposit, charge you for THEIR maintenance issues and mistakes, even if the place was in perfect condition as far as cleanliness and you spent a fortune on housekeeping. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived in this complex about two years.It is relatively old for Valley Ranch, but is a great neighborhood.The complex is off MacArthur about two blocks, so there isn't a lot of traffic or road noise.Lots of families, but not too noisy.It's also within walking distance of the canals.If you don't mind the older feel, and bugs, it is a great place to live! |
