						Recent Review: I have lived in this apartment for 2 years. Management company has changed and so has the staff and care the property gets. The manager is usally drunk in the office and talks loudly of how much sex she got over the weekend and it doesn't matter who is in the office! The buildings are falling down, the lawn is not watered and the staff is so rude! Please look everywhere else before you move here. I'm getting out at the end of my lease!

						Recent Review: 1 1/2 years ago, it was gorgeous and quiet but that was short lived. The rents plumetted and so did the residents. The Gates stay broken and the surrounding neighborhood children control the pool and playground. The Police seem to visit more than the UPS Man. Parents do notsupervise their children at the playground or pool.The Office staff blows your complaints off and makes excuses as well as blatantly lie to you if it sounds good. They Sugar coat incidences. You can not get a gate code if you have a gate card, but the children in the surrounding complexes and Subdivisions have the gate codes. Major repairs are shuffled around.Upon signing the lease you are promised 24 hour Maintenance guarantee which has not happened since June of 2004.IF you have a water leakor electrical problem, the resident is blamed until the maintenance man finds the source of the problem.Now the good stuff - Beautifully landscaped Courtyards with plenty of sidewalks for the children to ride and play. Very Children friendly as well as Pets.So if you have children and need room for them to play, this is the place to be, just keep in mind that there are no parents supervising the other children and the children are not very nice. Large Walk in closets make it very nice and the large pantries make up for the lack of cabinet space. Nice gym and great cares team that organizes resident activities.But as in all places you have to take the pros and cons and decide what is best for you.
