| Recent Review: | | please dont moved in central plaza its a high price project and it have high crime rate like car break ins and they had two woman rape in there own home and the apartment owner said they would have poilce gaurding there apartments but there never a poilce the parking was bad and a lot more so dont move in central plaza |

| Recent Review: | | I agree with the first review.At the time I moved to Killeen, this was one of the best looking apartments at the time.I was impressed with the appearance and the helpfulness of the staff.However, over time, things changed.I have received countless notes on my door reporting crimes that have occured here from breaking into cars to breaking into apartments.Also, let's don't forget about the occassional fire trucks we have screaming through here, because someone put a paper product on top of a hot burner.Geez!I don't understand the purpose of having a security gate, if they are going to leave it open.However, it's useless, in my opinion, as I've seen several people crawl under/through it late at night even when it is closed.Also, how hard is it to follow another car in?Therefore, don't feel any safer and/or willing to pay more rent because there's a security gate.You are only given one parking space per unit; therefore, forget about having a spouse/roommate/company.Whatever you do, don't park in the back, unless you would like to have your car "trashed" or stolen.The covered parking does not cover your car and it's more of a hassle as the poles, that hold it up, prevents you from getting in and out of your car normally.Again, don't be willing to pay more in rent for this "extra" as well.The neighbors are loud as everything and you will also hear the noise from the pool since it's in the middle of the complex.This part, concerning the mail, does not have anything to do with the apartment itself, except maybe for the location, but I've had countless incidents with the delivery of my mail here.It has caused several issues for me.The staff does not seem to know how to return a phone call and I've tried several times.You will have to chase them down to have your questions answered.Overall, the apartments are way overpriced for the hassles, headaches, and for the "extras" they think are different.The only good thing I could say about this apartment complex is the handy man.He's awesome.He usually comes within the day of the complaint.He's extremely nice and friendly. |

| Recent Review: | | Ok one thing don't get me wrong the gallery is a great place to live if you like meeting people and hanging at the pool. But to remt from a managment company who give you no utilites and you even have to pay for trash is nuts.We pay all this rent for a apartment and they give us nothing.i know they work there money to where we even pay for the pool and the gardening and everything.The apartments arent big enough to pay what they are asking, the washer and dryers barely work and when they do it takes forever to get to them.the managment there is terrible and the maintance is even worse.I dont know what it going on with aimco, but damn dont you care how your soldiers live and their children?When we get a raise it does not mean that u have to raise the rent too. |
