| Recent Review: | | These are beautiful apartment homes.One of the most expensive in Kingwood.All have secure garages and gates are 90% closed.Management is superb!Friendly, Hospitable and remember your name.ONE BAD THING I must mention is the busy train tracks across the street.Trains consistently run 24/7 making it difficult to hold conversations.Other than that, this place is recommended.I commute to the med center thru traffic, but it is worth it when I get home! |

| Recent Review: | | Been here for a few months now and no major drama yet.We did move into an apartment that had a major sink leak in the kitchen and broken vertical blinds, it took them 2 days to fix the sink and still haven't fixed the blinds.Honestly though,in the grand scope of things- there aren't vermits running around, the pool is clean, the maintenance team is nice, and management is professional.As far as noise is concerned, it is pretty lively around the clubhouse area, but further to the rear you go, much more pleasant. |
