| Recent Review: | | LOVE my apartment. As far as the office satff goes they need some traing on customer service. Real friendly when I moved in but once I became a resident they could care less. Takes days to get work oders fixed. If we have a mantance on staff to help at the time. (guess even the mantance man didn't like the rude pople in the office.)Parking isn't really a challage snce the complex is new. But you must get used to evertime you have a guest come over you have to walk or drive up and let them in. The so called safety gate we have keeps your guest out. They say that they will program your phone to the gate. Good luck on that one. Four months later I am still having to go down and let peole in.Pool as long as you follow their rules it's fine. Pool gets locked up every night at 10. And they clame that they will open it at 9 durning the week days and 10 on Sat. 1 on Sundays. But that is only if they rember to and they have enogh time to walk out and unlock the gates. AND here is the kicker they will only open the pool if we have been good boys and girls and deserve the right to have the pool open. They can go for days with out dumping the trash cans around the pool, but one little miss from us adn we loose our pool prevelages.Don't have a hot tub, because we have a sona instead. (Hasn't worked since I lived here)As far as the apartment it's self I love the amount of space the price I pay. Very up to date fixtures and colors. Love the lighting adn allthe extra nooks.But let me say if it wasn't for Wanda and Brittany I would be counting the days till Move out. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment seems new, high quality materials and such. Maintained very well.The problem is with the inefficient electric system. My bills for three months at this point for a 1 BR 1 Bath about 950 sq ft apartment has been running around $200 a month!!!The only added appliance that I have is the dryer. My brother who also lives in this complex in a slightly smaller 1 BR, has had his bills hover around $150 per month for several months. For Texas, where we have very mild winters, this is outrageously high! I had a previous 2 BR only about 40 minutes away that my winter bills might reach $100, but this is crazy!! |
