| Recent Review: | | I lived here last year and loved it, however this year my roommate and I have had nothing but problems. Leaks under our sinks, our ceiling fell in due to a leak in the roof and wasnt fixed for a week, and last week tiles fell off my bathtub wall, and I there is a hole through the sheetrock. This has still not been fixed after two messages have been left (during business hours) on the office answering machine. |

| Recent Review: | | i love this place. they have fixed it up very well. close to school, shopping, and friends. the staff is very helpful and nice. i'm getting all my friends to move here when their lease is up. Thank you college pointe for giving me a good safe place to call home. |

| Recent Review: | | These apartments are nice enough.They are affordable and are fairly well maintained.The plumbing is old so there are occasional problems.The toilets flush slowly and the sinks drain slowly.Surrounding neigherborhood seems fairly safe, but it is not necessarily a nice neighborhood. |
