| Recent Review: | | The place is nice, they keep it clean, however management is a vulture out to find away to make more money.I guess its business, but philosophically it stinks. They please you, only to make more money.For instance, they turned unreserved spots into reserved spots before anyone rented them, just to create a demand forcing people to rent a space.They also send your complaints "to corporate" so they don't have to deal with any problems.It is impossible for corporate to do anything. |

| Recent Review: | | these apartments are not something i would recommend to anyone. I moved into them when I first moved to texas (not really knowing the area). They are a good size and rent is reasonable. However, the quality of management is terrible. The complex is not well kept up, apartment I moved into smelled like smoke (even after they replaced my carpet). It's almost a year and the smell does not go away (my items smell like smoke now). Roach problem (it's disgusting). It does not matter how clean you are (im a clean person) the roach problem does not go away. I've never had this kind of problem with any place that i've lived in. Requests that were made were not followed thruon. Had to keep calling and writing letters requesting things to get done. I'm a single mom and am very particular about the areas i live in. This apt complex is noisy, police and fire trucks showed up often (dont know why). People riding around in the parking lot, loud music, drinking at the pool area etc. |

| Recent Review: | | Nice place to live but the floors and walls are very thin.We can hear the baby crying all night long throw the walls. the neighbor down stairs complain even if you laugh in your apartment because he can hear every little noise you make.there is covered parking on a first come first serve.Management is very nice, best of all they live on property. |

| Recent Review: | | Great Family Community, MISD Great Schools, Spacious Floor Plans with Garage in Every Unit. However if you have to relet on your Lease, ( Even if your job transfers you out of the area,) they will try to charge excessive Fees on top of your Relet Fee beyound the Legal Limit. Western Rim Property Management is known to push its employees to the Max in turn equals a good chance of your getting screwed between the lines as they smile while you sign your Lease till death do you part. |
