						Recent Review: There is a loud train every 15 minutes and an extremely unprofessional manager. Good thing the leasing agent & maintenance are wonderful. They are what has kept me here just until the end of my lease. Then it will be "BYE-BYE"

						Recent Review: These apartments have the highest crime rate in New Braunfels.High turnover in management staff.Pool/grounds not well maintained.Problem tenants not addressed until police action is required.Inadequate parking.Mold in ground floor apartments due to flooding has been covered up and not addressed.
