| Recent Review: | | The community looks great, but as the story goes, looks are deceiving!They havetrouble getting repairs done in a timely manner, and don't show up even when an appoinment is made.Crime is also a huge issue here.Two people have been murdered, and a suicide has occurred in the past year.I have also talked with several former tenants and they have lost their deposits completely, even when they had an outside cleaning company come in and repainted the entire apartment themselves to guaruntee a refund of their deposit.It was taken completely by the management.Don't expect to get any help from the management company here for anything! |

| Recent Review: | | I moved into Amberton over a year ago and have seen the riff raff and trash move in. We now have a high number of minorities, loud drunken parties at the swimming pool, trash always on the doorsteps, and now gang graffiti on the apartments. I no longer feel safe in the apartments. |

| Recent Review: | | I like the previos management before, they wer much nicer. Maintance takes a few days, there are a lot of kids on the property, and a lot of gettho people. I personally never had any problems, but i did hear of others. The price was good, but because of new mang. the prices are jacked up. You can find a better place to live in this same area a lot cheaper. They say they have a fittness center, but its like two machines, the access gates dont work, the pool is too small, this place is okay to live, but look around first. |

| Recent Review: | | When I was a resident there back in 2000 there had been a vicious murder of three residents because of a drug deal gone bad. I wouldnt move back there if they paid my rent for me. The worst part was that they covered it up by changing the apartment name so new people to san antonio would have no clue. I would not recommend living here at all. |

| Recent Review: | | I absolutley loved my experience in my apartment.I lived in two different apartments in the complex one in phase I and one in phase II and I had pleasant experiences in both.The apartments were clean and well kept, and if I ever had a problem or needed anything fixed the maintainance was responsive, prompt, and courteous.The management helped me when I had comments or needed issues addressed and was very understanding.I used the pool quite often and would take my children down there to swim while I was doing homework.I never had any issues with any of my neighbors; it was a quiet neighborhood in my opinion.My boyfriend and I would walk in the neighborhood at night and always felt safe.I reccomend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, safe place to stay |

| Recent Review: | | Well we had another group of patrol cars here again this week. I wonder who they took into custody this time!!I'm really tired of all of the noise from the vehicle radios and vehicle alarms that go off on a regular basis too! Neighbors I have spoken with since I moved in have indicated that there have been residents involved in illegal drug sales.I was also very disturbed to find that the complex security gate was not operational for several weeks.This allowed open access to the property for anyone at anytime. I wish I had kept looking for another residence! |

| Recent Review: | | Ok, so I am late doing this, very late but if it makes anyone second guess their decision to live in this complex, then my job is done. I lived in these apartments when they were La Arboleda and Aztec Springs and now they have another name, that's enough to cause concern. Anyhow, living there was a nightmare. My apartment was broken into and I had to remain in it with no window, only cardboard covering the spot for a month before it was fixed. My front door would stick all the time and I would get locked out of my apartment in the middle of the night because of it. My apartment flooded continuously to the point where black mold grew under the carpet and my daughter was hospitalized with pneumonia from that and I developed pneumonia as well at one point. I told them I wouldn't pay anymore to live in such conditions. The office staff was horrendous and very harrassing. They allowed a nasty |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments are very old.None of the bathrooms had the plugs - we were given rubber stoppers.The downstars bathroom was very dirty at move in.The appliances were all OLD.Maintenance couldn't find their way out of a paper bag.The only way to have anything fixed was to talk to the manager.We asked to have our screen door on the patio replaced and it has never been replaced (5 months).There was a dead animal in the pool for 1 week.The pool is right out side the management office. |
