| Recent Review: | | Living at Liberty Hill includes the good and the bad... the good is that the townhomes are brand new. There is a pool, jacuzzi and 24-hour workout facility, which is nice. The management is great - very flexible and quick to respond to issues such as maintenance, etc. I love the location, as it's slightly up on south mountain, not stuck in the valley with even more congestion...a little more fresh air, it seems... However, they need to put in a stop light at the entrance to Liberty Hill as well as at the bottom of the road from and to the highway. There is a four-way stop that is consistently backed up sometimes up to 15 minutes +. The other negative is that the townhomes have relatively small living room areas, and the front of the townhomes don't have much insulation, so you can hear everything outside. That's annoying... |
