| Recent Review: | | Management and Office Staff are great before the lease is signed after they act as if you have the plague they even have a drop box for their convenience! Also, when I asked about $300 off first month rent on a six month lease(on the tour they tell you this & say watch out for the dog shit!), they said it must have been a communication error.Hardly ever see security: Good - Bad, don't know.Have had no problems with our personal security.Parking has it's good days and bad.Some days you find a parking spot some days you don't, it gives your life that much more excitement!Anyway enough of the obligatory warnings, I hope you enjoyed my profound thoughts on Brighton Place Apts.Proper RespectsOsama Bin Laden...BITCH |

| Recent Review: | | The rooms are very nice and have fireplaces. My biggest problem was all the kids. Theyre are hundreds of screaming little kids running around everywhere. especially in the summer when the tiny little pool is open. but its a really good location and we havent had any problems with the landlords |

| Recent Review: | | This has been a great place for my little family.I am a single mother and they have been so helpful.Anything we needed, I was able to get taken care of from the office.The matience is a little slow, but eventually they get to you (I have never needed them to fix anything serious, only to put a longer cord on my fan in the living room).I would highly recommend this place.There is tons of parking, security drives through on a regular basis, and great perks for living here (pool, washer & dryer in every unit, free movie rentals, etc). |
