| Recent Review: | | When it comes to any kind of repair or maintenance, you can count on calling 4 to 5 times before you can speak with someone.Don't try leaving messages because they won't be answered.We were with out heat for 3 weeks right when the weather was the coldest and ended up calling BYU houseing who came out and fixed the problem within 1 hour of calling them.The bathroom upstairs over flowed and got out into the hall and warped the floor.It also soaked down through the walls to the basement bathroom and made the paint bubble and leak.They still haven't been out to take care of that.The more we hear other tell of thier stories of TPM the more we wonder how they are still able to rent. |

| Recent Review: | | Have lived in the apt for 3 years because of BYU approval was forced to move rent rather expensive 650 for 2 bed to get the management to do anything is a joke when maint. does do a job they do a good job alot of drinkers and smokers and this is BYU approved little do they know what is going on I was never late on my rent and need some stains on my counter top removed and instead I get an eviction notice (30) day again because of the BYU approval I dont smoke or drink the parking is a joke no place to park stalls are too small my car was hit and run. |

| Recent Review: | | Looking at the other two reviews, I can assure anyone looking to rent here that the situation has only gotten worse.Repairs are never done, management (when you can get a hold of someone) is rude, and people are still running away.If it weren't for a fresh batch of students with no knowledge of the area and this place's history moving in each year, this place would be one big vacant lot.It wouldn't even look that different as a vacant lot - it's so poorly maintained that it wouldn't make much of a difference.Go anywhere else... ANYWHERE! |

| Recent Review: | | Internet is unreliable so don't sign up unless you really need it.Small parking lot in comparison to how many people live at the complex.Owner/landlord (not live-in manager) is cheap and will do anything to save a buck.The only good thing we can say about it is that the apartment is really big for what you pay ($490 for a one bedroom).And it's quiet...we never hear our neighbors. |

| Recent Review: | | OK place to live but after 3 years I'll go crazy if we don't get out soon! If you move in buy yourself a large capacity air conditioner and rolling dishwasher which will also give you more counter space. You can sell the dishwasher and airconditioner to neighbors when you move out and your stay will be much more enjoyable. The phones can be anoying because you can't have a chordless unless it's digital. No doors on closets. Maitenance assistance is very prompt when you ask for it. They've never cleaned out the air vents and won't clean the outside windows (ever!) even when you are on a higher floor and can't clean them from inside. |
