Recent Review: Will not take pacakges for you. Most apartments...well every apartment I've live the complex had no problem signing for your pacakges and would leave a message on your door saying you receive a package today. Not this one. It doesn't matter if you do let them know a head of time that you will be receiving a package please look out for it, they refuse to help you out. Now most of us work during the day...over 50% of us do. So of course we aren't home during the time in which UPS decides to drop off your packages. Whose idea for them to deliver items 10 in the morning or 2 in teh afternoon was it but its sucks and your paying enough you would think they would help you out with that. I'm sure they've never had to live in an apartment complex that wouldn't take their delivery. In conclusion I think it's bull and if I would have known that from teh start I wouldn't have leased from them. Of course "will you take deliveries for me" is not one of teh most common questions or problem I've had to deal with because normal apartment complex have no problem with that.
