| My roommate and I just finished our lease on June 30, 2004 and we had a two bedroom, remodeled walk-in terrace apartment.The ONLY reason I am not still there is because it was not financially feasible FOR ME to afford the one bedrooms offered. But, my roommate and I enjoyed our stay in for many reasons: * Rent included almost ALL utilities except water* Management was excellent-always very professional!* Grounds and residential areas well kept- Very prettyneighborhood with rolling hills and scenic views* Maintenance very responsive-even at late hours!* VERY spacious floorplans* Nice amenities--Exercise gym and a pool!* Washers and Dryers in some units* Quiet neighborhood* I felt safe no matter what time of night I came in! The only complaint I might have is with parking, which for residents was pretty decent, but your visitors may have problems parking if they visit late at night.And if your visitors are there past midnight, it is best to always park in visitor parking or YOU WILL BE TOWED! Overall, I had an excellent time at Newport Village and I truly hated to leave.I feel as if I have spoiled and that very few places will compare! I hope you enjoy your stay! V |
