 I have lived in the 6034 building from Sept 2002 to present.My boyfriend and I share a 1 Bedroom.It is very big and reasonably priced ($900 - all util. incl.).There is a laundry room on each floor.You can walk to the Huntington metro (10 min walk).There is plenty of parking.It is quiet. I have never had any problems - everything works ok and I haven't seen any roaches or anything.I have heard that the other buildings besides 6034 have roach problems.The main reason I am considering moving is to be in a more exciting neighborhood.
