| Recent Review: | | Here are the formal complaints which have been submitted to eagles landing apartments.1) Associates have been consistently late in appointments.2) Associates do not act in a professional manner and follow through on their commitments.3) Associates do not effectively work resolve situations but take an offensive attitude.4) Associates signed a roommate to a lease after promising that they would let the other three roommates speak to this person and approve before making any agreements with the new tenant.5) There are consecutively people speeding around the parking lot in what seems to be a drunken manner.6) There are consistently people throwing loud parties in a distributive manner. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment is decent and quiet, although it smelled bad for about the first three weeks I was there. Air fresheners and open windows helped. There is poor cable wiring in the apartment, making it impossible to operate both cable internet and cable TV at the same time. Finally, if you decide to move in, make sure to have your electricity turned on the day you move in and be sure to double-check that it does get turned on on that day. If the power company runs behind, expect exorbitant fees and no sympathy from the management office. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved into Ivy when I was a 1L because I was from out of town and didn't know any better.After they raised the rent almost $100 on my unrenovated and very ugly one bedroom apartmnet, I was forced to move.Once I did, I was thrilled to find that decent apartments are everywhere for far less than the rent at Ivy.All in all, if there is any advantage to living around a bunch of law students, I think they're far outweighed by the extremely high rent here. |

| Recent Review: | | Making the decision to live at Lakeside Apartments in Charlottesville, VA was a bad choice.I deeply regret signing my lease!Lakeside Apartments are over-priced and under-managed.When I first moved into the complex, the carpet was filthy and had obviously not been steam cleaned as promised.I had to hire a company to come in and clean the carpet myself.Several things need to be fixed in my apartment, but have not been taken care of.For the price I pay in rent each month, I expected living here to be wonderful, but the office staff is extremely hard to deal with.I would never renew my lease with Lakeside.I look forward to my move-out date!!!!!DO NOT LIVE HERE! |

| Recent Review: | | Leasing Staff-Ashley-(Leasing Consulant/Asst. Mngr) is very friendly and orderly, answers questions with knowledge and very plesant.Cathy- (Business Manager) is very knowledgeable when it comes to her property.She to is very outgoing and friendly.They both live on site!Appearance-The outside grounds or the common area are kept very well...they have the walk ways trimmed in BEAUTIFUL florwers and pines...just a warm atmosphere.Inside the Apartment-1 bedroom- is smaller but had plenty of closet space...no washer and dryers though (boo hoo) The bathroom though is absoulty stunning its HUGE!2 bedroom- is a bit larger with the same kitchen layout and 1 and half baths...a nice large walk in closet in the master bedroom along with the half bath.3 bedrooms- never been in one but I hear they are really nice with 2 bathrooms and one full size one in the master bedroom.Only thing I dislike about the community is that you have to meet a certian income.Its hard to understand. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at Riverbend Apartments for about 6 months and it is absolutely wonderful.The staff was extremely helpful when we were looking at the apartments and they continue to be curteous to us.There is always a place to park, and the grounds keeper keeps the grounds beautiful!I have a one bedroom apartment and it is HUGE!There are archways over the hallway.The apartment is beautiful. Maintenance is always very fast, which is important.I highly recommend Riverbend Apartments.It's a great laid back community. |

| Recent Review: | | I just read a review that someone posted on sterling university apartments and I must say that my experience there was totally positive.I lived there for 9 months and loved it.I liked my apartment.Maintanence was prompt.The facilities were the best you can get and management was nice.As far as the other reviewer complaining about Sterling not offering a bus service on the weekends...What the he!! do you expect.The bus service runs every 10 minutes from 700am to 10 pm on weekdays.You won't find to many other complexes that we cart you around.Sterling is a great affordable place to live that has a pleasant social seen and lots of amenities.I loved living there. |
