| Recent Review: | | The management office is very strict about parking.We've had 5 friends get towed.One even got towed at 4:50 on a Sunday afternoon.If you want to live here, plan on budgeting for towing. |

| Recent Review: | | Make your judgments however you want from reading my review.I looked at an apartment here after answering an ad to take over a lease.The one leaving said she would move out in late August.This was perfect, so I filled out the application and wrote a $50 application fee check on June 20, not knowing that they couldn't process anything until after the 2 current tenants signed the release agreement.She emailed and said she now had to move out August 1st, which meant I had to pay that much more extra rent.So we agreed to call off our plans.I called the apartment on June 24 and talked with Jenny, the assistant manager, and she agreed to cancel my application.I was worried that they would cash the check, so made sure that she understood to void the check.Well, of course I'm the sucker here, sure.They cashed the check on the 28th.Which apartment they thought I was moving into, I don't know, since no one signed anything saying they were moving out.I called the next week, once I found out, and wanted to talk with Jenny.I was put on hold and was told she had stepped out.I left a message, no return call, put on hold again, out to lunch, no return call, an email, no response, two more calls.Then I finally talked with her 2 days later- she said she didn't remember talking with me, but that she would talk to her bosses.Another email, no response for the next 5 days as I write this.So, of course, you can't get verbal agreement in this world like that.But that's the type of moral character you're dealing with here, and their rating has gone down yet again as one of the lower ranked apartments in Falls Church.She tried to take a short cut to some easy cash, but will people read these reviews and decide not to live here?That's how life, or karma, works- you can't get anything for free.She could have just asked for money if she needed it that bad. |

| Recent Review: | | My husband and I, working class newly weds, found this place to be cheap and convient to our jobs, however, doom set in shortly after we were there.Our apartment was infested with roaches, and rats.We discovered large holes hidden behind kitchen objects, and bathroom objects.Also, the Property Management was unwilling to fix any of the problems, were extremely rude, and racist I might add.The types of people who live in these apartments were young people or poor immigrants.The noise was unbearable and I called the police over 85 times. Infact, the property management was so unprofessional that they didn't update information about tenants, and the police came to our home looking for young man who had murdered some one.If you're young or newly wed and just looking for a cheap place temporarily, don't make the same mistake we did, you are better off living in a homeless shelter or your parents basement than place. |

| Recent Review: | | I had a relatively bad apartment location next to a big storage room and near the loading dock.The apartments are large - my one bd. rm was huge- but the place was in only fair condition and the rent was a monster at $1249.00 per month.New manangement is so-so but they are spending millions of $ to renovate the whole bldg. so this review will be moot in a few months as the entire place gets a make over.It's convenient to 7 Corners Shopping but the neighboorhood is pretty lame...not much to do or see other than eat and shop.Not real close to Metro. |

| Recent Review: | | The "pro"s of Roosevelt Towers are that it is close to the metro and has a pool. The "con"s are many but one of the main cons right now is NOISE. 1) Management seems to have lowered its standards for renters because the quality of renters appears to have gone down. Too frequently, there are noisy "Jerry Springer"-like disturbances in the parking lot and elsewhere. 2) Roosevelt Towers is undergoing construction on the pool, party room, etc. and has been for months. The end date for the chaos is unknown. All day long, sounds of jackhammers, breaking concrete, and crashing lumber pollute the air. |

If you're young or newly wed and just looking for a cheap place temporarily, don't make the same mistake we did, you are better off living this place.Also, when we did move, we had to throw away everything accept our clothing, sheets, dishes, and books becuase everything including computers and t.v.'s were infested with roaches.Our clothing had to be re-washed and steamed.We had to spray and bomb our new home for four weeks staight becuase our things were so infested.I hope to G-d you take seriously, andrun for your life. |

| Recent Review: | | You would be so astonished of such smiles you're facing while you're just applying. If you don't care about sanity then no problem else it's a real problem especially when you enter kitchen or bathrooms and find a lot of roachs ....and guess what a lot of mices, beside there's a policy there of not allowing pets ...mostly as they've got a lot of them there.Prices are so high for the area beside so bad maintance espcially South tower. Be aware in the garage especially in night times. |

The office is run by a motley crew of goons who conduct themselves in the most unprofessional manner I have ever witnessed. I have lived in apartments for nearly a decade and have never had an experience as shabby as this. In short, the manger could not care less what happens to you or your property. Cars are stolen from this place! DO NOT LIVE HERE. |
