| Recent Review: | | When you live in an apartment vs. house, there are trade-offs; however, I am tired of the noise level. Because there are no quiet hours, my neighbors (above and below) make noise constantly. I am actually losing sleep and so is my roommate. We are awake throughout the night because of the upstairs washing machine and the downstairs music. I am literally physically exhausted. I like the management but they can't do much about the noise bc there are no rules prohitbiting doing laundry at 3am. The walls are super thin - I hear everything! The maintenance staff are rude and not helpful - I have done a few small maintenance items myself instead of fighting with them. The grounds crew does a great job of keeping the property neat. If you are a light sleeper, be warned! |

| Recent Review: | | I moved in 2004. The turn over rate is high. In my unit of 14 apts, only 4 remain. There is good reason for the turnover.The so called-clubhouse, including swimming area is not cleaned with any reguarlarity if at all. The printers in the business office don't work. They don't sweep or pick up trash near and around the apartments.The area near the trash compactor is backed up with trash everyweekend. The so called gates are always broke. The internet and cable go out quite frequently.. and the list goes on and on. For this community to have been open no more than 2 years, they already have 5 complaints with the Fairfax County Consumer Protection..
