| Recent Review: | | The two bedroom family style apartment I rent is a good size at 1002 sq. ft.However, the apartment has not been well maintained over time.I have many maintanence issues, probably one every two weeks.Air quality is poor, ventilation is not maintained properly....twice a year filters are changed.Parking is crowded even though there are parking stickers for residents.Landscaping is minimal and snow removal is out of the question.If you are on a tight budget and don't mind living in a low budget community, this may be the place for you. |

| Recent Review: | | Yes, maintenance is a bit slow for the minor things, but are quick to fix any large problems that arise.Not to mention, they are extremely dedicated and friendly.Parking is definately a disaster, but the excercise won't kill me.My apartment is spacious, and I enjoy living here. |

| Recent Review: | | When I say criminals... I am referring to the Rimsi Corportaion.Our apartment was infested with bed bugs, small bugs that only feed on human blood.in which ate me alive... after going to the doctor covered in small red bumps thinking I had the chicken pox, for them to tell me they were bug bites... (I HAD HUNDREDS OF BITES).They crawled on me in my sleep, they infested every peice of furniture we owned... We had to throw out our 2 beds, a living room set (couch and loveseat $999) and still had to live without furniture because even after they called an exterminator (which didn't solve the problem) We STILL Had to pay out for our own exterminator ($2000+).They kept a majority of our security deposit for damages done to the apartment before we moved in that were documented on the move in sheet.At the end of our lease, we had to then PROVE that we had paid our rent on time and in full for 4 months prior to moving out.They had no record and would not admit the error was in their part even after we showed documentation.BEWARE!HORRIBLE COMMUNITY!!!I could go on and on about the horrible management team, from towing our vehicles into the middle of the parking lot and leaving them in the line of traffic... maintence staff that enters the apartment without even knocking, just cause they figured you wouldn't be home during the daytime (then the maintence person couldn't even tell my why they were in my apartment because he didn't speak any english.The rental office also just blew me off and told me sometimes the maintence people |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in both their Townhomes and aparmtent. Neither were well built. Constant problems with bugs/insects in home, fixtures are poorly equiped, cheap appliances, terrible paint job, problems with furnace, neighbors are loud and nosey. There is a security guard in neighborhood, but does not do anything. Rental office is sloppy and they have changed managers 8 times since I've been there. Emergency maintenance is terrible. I went the first two months with out a mail box or access to it. I was told twice, in both units that I was the first occupant of the unit. But that was untrue someone lived in each unit before me. There was water damage, counters fall apart. The the worse thing is that I've had 2 vaccum cleaners because they have cheap carpet. |
