 DO NOT LIVE HERE!!what can i say good apartment? location. what can i say bad? poor maintenance, poor office attitude, poor kept apartments. the appliances are from the mid-80's and do not work effciently but they will not replace because it still works. but it also puts your eletric bill too high and getting anything fixed will take until your lease is almost up. besides the fact that this apartment was filthy (i mean painted over dirt), they had to replace the heater and air conditioner because thats when they replace it, when it just stops working. and if you are lucky, you may get it fixed within 6 months if they have it on back order. our shower has been leaking for months and the lights in the kitchen doesnt even work. but they cant fix it because they do not have a new fixture to replace it. DO NOT LIVE HERE.dockside has a record at the housing authority. with all rental properties, you should call the local housing authority to check on your apartment complex. oh and the parking is horrible. the best bet for your guests is to park in the neighborhood, a long no sidewalk 15 minute walk. they are cheap landlords finding any way to make money off you. you DONT get what you pay for.
