| Recent Review: | | I have had nothing but problems in this apartment complex.My stay started out OK but about 5 months in I had to deal with management.The apartment manager is crazy, I think literally crazy.She is so very unprofessional; I was in shock in how she treated me... like I was dirt and stupid.The apartment has a serious roach problem (they have a party in my kitchen every night).And the heat/air conditioner keeps breaking down and is really really loud when it does work (We have to put the TV up extra loud so we can hear it).The parking lot floods during rainy times.Although I can say that the maintenance people are really nice and respond quickly to your needs.Please, Please if you have a choice don't move into this complex. |

| Recent Review: | | Archer's Green is nothing but false promises!They show you a perfect scenario of a demo and then rent you a POS!The floors are horrible, the cabinets are old and crooked, and the windows don't open, close or lock!The toilets leak, the sinks leak, the walls weren't painted in ours and it appears that they covered up holes with tape and then painted over it.The carpet is extremely cheap and our vaccum sucks it up.Our appliances are so old that they dont even keep a constant temperature.The neighborhood is rowdy at night and it just DOES NOT feel safe or like a home! It takes 2 weeks for maitenance to come to your house to do maitenance requests, yet they're always there doing other things.The staff is of no help and did nothing but lie to us!DO NOT recommend to anyone! |

| Recent Review: | | This place is aweful... the rentle people are careless when it comes to occupants. They are rude. The walls are dirty looking in the kitchen, when we first came here we had to scrub them because they wee yellow! |

| Recent Review: | | I am currently living here.The only problems I have with these apartments is now that it's getting warmer outside, people are playing their music really loud when outside.And there are trash cans outside near the cars that at night animals get into & the trash is everywhere in the am, but really what can do about that?The actual apt is spacious & was very clean {NEW} when we moved in.Never had a problem with maintance or any mgment.Pool, there is a pool during the summer months.We went there for the first time this past weekend.I found to be too many rules, kids can't have the swimmies on b/c some parents leave them unattended, each adult must have a pass, each guest is $4 and that must be paid to the office in either a check or a money order {what about when they're closed}, the life guard is a hottie :), the pool was clean, my daughter and loved the kiddie pool.We'll go back to the pool.Overall we like it. |

| Recent Review: | | Overall apartment is average, little pricey but I have seen less attractive for alot more.Parking is a big problem, i guess management is doing their best. Friendly office staff and maintenance, but sometimes maintenance can be pretty slow getting to you.I see improvements since new managment has taken over.I hope they plan to upgrade the apartments as they have done the office and are doing the weight room.A little upset that the clubhouse is gone, but oh well.They raised the rent every year and do not upgrade anyhting, so maybe the new management will do so upgrading. |

| Recent Review: | | If you value your money, children, pets...LIFE...Do NOT rent ANY property from Judy Boone Realty. JB Realty manages a lot of properties in the Ocean View area. They are HORRIBLE. Buildings are always in DANGEROUS, severe neglect. They let ANYONE move into their properties, namely drug dealers, addicts, alcoholics, pimps and prostitution are the fare everyday. JB Realty is ALL about getting your $$$. The property manager and her assistant are both A number one HATEFUL BITCHES. The maintenence people (if they ever show up) are homeless drunks who do NOTHING to fix any problem and then report it as fixed and they get paid without any follow up. When one does show up, he usually smells of liquor or beer (at 9 o'clock in the morning). Constant water leaks, 16 year old carpets and appliances, roaches, ants. Loud rap music all hours of the night all over the place and lets not forget the gun shots/shootings which are frequent. Although JB Realty has no control over all the insane crime in the area, they ALLOW those elements to flourish freely in their properties. I need to stop here....I could go on and on. If you value your life DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY from Judy Boone Realty- a first rate Ghetto-Slum property managment company. |

| Recent Review: | | Mariners Watch is the best apartment I have lived in. They are nice sized apartments with beautiful windows. There were only two things that I disliked about the apartment and that was at times I could here my neighbor on the telephone and there was no bathroom downstairs. Other than that it was a very nice place. I'm moving back to VA in july and I plan on trying to move back to Mariners Watch. |
