						Recent Review: The Maint. people who work here dont get the job right the first time or even at all. my stair rail has fallen off the screws for the 3rd time already in less than 9 months. Not only the stair rail, but the restroom fixtures. And to top it all off the doors stick and the windows leak. The foundation is crooked causing all this. and the can not fix 1 thing right the first time. The only thing they can do paint over a problem. My window in my extra bedroom is leaking and from water coming through it has caused MOLD to grow around it. I told the front office and the lady said she would have them Maint. workers come PAINT over it. You can not PAINT over MOLD especially if its TOXIC Mold.

						Recent Review: Harbor Tower is amazing.From the staff to the management.Everyone is kind and they really care about the residents!The apartments are spacious, and the views from this highrise are outstanding!You are in the middle of the action on the Norfolk/Portsmouth Waterfront, but yet in paradise!It is amazing!You have to see the site, and take a tour!http://www.harbortowerapartments.com
