| Recent Review: | | I lived in this apartment for a year and a half.They never did repairs quickly, in fact there was a hole in my kitchen ceiling for a month.The office staff was sometimes rude and there was a lock on the front door, but it was broken.I grew to hate it and I am glad to have it behind me. |

| Recent Review: | | At first we thought this was a good community, not too many people out, but after 6 months we saw younger crowds late at night just walking around.There was an elder man attacked, a younger boy shot, and there is just too much drama.So if you want a peaceful, friendly place do not go here. Good Luck |

| Recent Review: | | There is no security here. Anyone can just come on the property and use the pool. Children just running any where they want with scateboards and bikes. No control by the Management. Used to be a nice quiet place to live. Anyone can move in these days. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments are somewhat old (70s or 80s). But are really spacious. The maitenance is poor, you have to call them at least 2-3 times before they attend the call. The swimming pool opens on Memorial day, but is closed about 30% of times for no reason until it closes on labor day.Good Parking space.Rent $700 for 1BR and $800 for 2BR. About $50-75 rent increase per year. Gas heating included in rent, washer dryer in each apt. But since the apartment is not well sealed or whatever, the electricity bill in summer is huge because of AC (Between $100-$175 ). |

| Recent Review: | | USI-Energy and the Apartment Owners have great scam going on to cheat all the tenants.One company pushes the blame onto the other and each takes no responsibility for incorrect and even fraudulant billing practices.Look in detail at You utility bills and You will find that You really owe them nothing.Better yet, do not move into this complex if You want to keep Your own money. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived here for about a year.The apartments are really nice and spacious.Maintenance is very quick to respond to problems.My only complaint is the parking, it is horrible.Otherwise a very nice apartment. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here three years and seen some changes.The management has changed and is not as good as before.That being said, it is still acceptable.The apartments are spacious and you will either have a good view or large closet space.The annex is not as nice as the main building and I would avoid it.Also, this place used to be a hosptial and then a retirement home, so there is some history here.There is some noise from the nearby bar at nights, but nothing too obnoxious.I would definately live here again. |

| Recent Review: | | These aptments are probably the worst in Richmond! Crime and vandalism is a every day event here. There is a mold and a bug problem that is never adressed. Homeless sometimes sleeps on the steps on the inside. A really bad place to live. |
