						Recent Review: We thought we were getting a deal...that is until after we moved in.CONS:We can hear every step the neighbor upstairs makes and can hear him yelling, the arguments conducted next door, as well as the thumping music and loud phone conversations underneath us.There is plenty of loitering in the summer.The police know this complex well as they are here very often.The FBI was here making a raid on the suspected (we suspect drugs due to activity) dealers in our building.The property management conducts "annual" apartment inspections and you cannot make an appointment so that you can attend.The office staff tends to be incompetent (IE Tatiana).Repairs usually require several calls, follow-ups, and additional repairs until the job is completely corrected.Limited parking close to your residence after 6pm as several buildings share one strip of spaces.No counter space or room in the kitchen.One washer and dryer per building.The list could go on.PROS:Rent is generally cheaper.The cleaning crew is out every morning on the grounds and cleaning common areas inside the buildings.

						Recent Review: Renters may want to think twice before committing to Merrifield Village.There is a serious problem with roaches.They seem to come from heating vents and plumbing.They have been discovered in every room within the apartment.Nothing seems to curb their frequency dispite many attempts at controlling the problem.It's a problem worth breaking the lease over.
