| Recent Review: | | At first I loved living at Alta and paying the extra money was worth it.When the property management changed hands it completely went down hill.The current management company (Initials are TC) has a staff full of rude and snotty people.They informed us that we were spoiled residents, they didn't keep up the property grounds, the exercise equipment was not taken care of, the grills on the property did not have proprane in them, the activities stopped when they took over and it was hassle if you needed any maintenance work or had a problem that you wanted to discuss with them.All of the others I talked to moved out when their lease was up and the newer residents said that the "girls" in the office turned on them when they moved in and that they were miserable living there. |

| Recent Review: | | Horrible Parking.You are only supposed to have two cars, but this isnt policed and often you cant get a park anywhere near your apartment.You can reserve a park for $30 a month - I think they should have assigned parking for at least one car.Too many dogs, if you have dogs this is the place for you - they seem to be more of a dog apartment place.ie, non dog owners dont seem to have rights, there isnt anywhere the dogs cant go.. even huge dogs.The jet noise is horrible. This apartment complex is in the landing and take off flight line.To be expected in the Hill Top area.Maitenance is very good, usually come same day or next.Also, pest control available which is a great thing.We are in a top floor apartment, so cant speak for other floors but its very very hot in the summer.The upside is that its also very warm in the winter.Check out where your apartment will be, you only get to see the model apartment when renting and we didnt know that we were right beside the freeway and the noise is horrible, especially if you like the windows open.The gym is open 24hrs although equipment is limited.Free DVD's and VHS available to borrow, plus a book library.Up to date movies, this is great.In the clubhouse is also a coffee machine which is nice, especially in the winter.Swimming pool is open during the summer months, I think it could be open a little later than 8pm - working people dont get much of a chance to swim. |

| Recent Review: | | Do not be fooled by the nice landscaping or the apartment itself..the management, both Dolores and Edith, are not only rude but incompetent as well.For those of you who do not know the area well, it's pretty bad.We heard gunshots at LEAST one weekend out of every month.Ah, and might I add the day that at least 5 cars got their tires slashed!!Brandywine claims that it has security, but that's not true, I only saw the security car ONCE during the time I was here.So, the security guy just drove around the complex once and left, yeah real safe Brandywine!!It's cheap, but in the end it's NOT worth it. Oh, yeah and the walls are paper thin...you hear EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING.This was our major mistake: We saw the model and it looked okay, but once we moved in to our actual apartment, the ceiling and parts of the wall were cracked, the fixtures in the bathroom were crooked, and so forth.So be careful. Last, the maintenance staff was very helpful and polite, considering that it was not their fault that all the appliances are from the 70's. |

THE TENANTS EVEN RUDER THEY RENT TO ANYOONE BUT MAKE IT A HASSLE TO DO SO. ALL NIGHT LONG I HEAR STOMPING AND ALL SORTS OF SHIT. I WILL NEVER LIVE HERE AGAIN IT IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE.IF YOU CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT IT IS ALMOST $2,000.00 TO DO SO. I AM MORE THAN WILLING TO SUBMIT PICS OF ALL OF THE DAMAGE I HAVE MOVED INTO. FORGET ABOUT SUBMITTING A WORK ORDER THERE ARE LAZY FUCKS! ALSO THEY SAY THEY HAVE ON SITE SECURITY....WHERE THE FUCK ARE THEY! THERE IS A GUY HERE THAT HAS A NEON AND IT HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO TWICE IN THE LAST MONTH . THEY SAY IT IS SO HIGH BECAUSE IT IS LOCATED NEAR THE HIGHWAY WHO GIVES A FUCK!I CAN MOVE TO COLUBMUS STATION SPENT A GRAND AND WALK EVERYWHERE I NEED TO.THIS PLACE IS RETARDE AND SHOULD BE FUCKIN LEVELED!!!!!!!! | Recent Review: | | I am still living at Chase Arbor Apartments.I have been now for the last 9 months.If it wasnt for the penalty on breaking the lease I would have been out of there asap.Anyways, my AC unit has been broken now for about a month and not a singel person has attempted to fix it.I call everyday and they "promise" me that they will send someone right away.On top of all this my windows dont open for some reason.I called about them the first week I lived here and still 9 months later, nada.Please for your sake and mine,DONT MOVE HERE !!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | The management is the most most rude management you will ever find.....Dont go by the model apartment they show.... the unit given to you would be far different from what they show.. I just moved in.. the house was completely broken.....the stove was broken... blinds broken.. unpainted doors...bath without door knobs........laundry door falling apart......bad electrical points... unclean bathroom.......usless patio(dumped with compressors)......broken kitchen shelves.....above all had requested service more than 15 times..alose served written notice....and in turn the female at the apartment office questioned my living style.....and asked me to the extent "can you not live without them".... |
