| Recent Review: | | We had lived in "Spotswood Commons" for a year. There were alot "mean women" who lived there who gave everyonenasty looks at the bus stop, even the apt manager at the time, told me she avoided the bus stop because of them, and the bus was horrible, had to drive my children back and forth to school everyday for her safety.Thankfully we moved into a nice residential area and got a really nice house for the same amount of money, nice FRIENDLY neighbors and no abusive mean kids at the bus stop or on the bus. Now we live in a nice beautiful neighborhood and live in peace! And my children now lots of friends to play with!Just because its a high priced brand new apt complex, doesn't always mean the people hwo live there have class or manners.I had lived in alot of apt buildings from low cost to high class in my lifetime, but never met such nasty people.It does have high turnover, so who knows they might be gone by now, lets hope so anyhow for you sake!0h there is a low cost housing complex that borders it, and the people are in gangs and jump the fence time to time to scare you, your need your alarm to be on all times. It needs to be gated cause of the next apt that borders it, i know a person who had to call 911 a hundred times and would not let her children sleep in their bedrooms cause of the violence and trama she seen over the fence, her apt backed up to the fence, she had them sleep on the floor!And she too, hated the litte group of mean women too, said that she was sooo glad to get away from them as well! So be careful, if you go...management changes alot too and they are usually not very nice, once you get in there anyhow. Except for one of them and i think she was leaving herself due to the enviroment.But it looks good, clean and new and well cared for, just watch out for certain people in there and that place next door that is low cost housing!A nice person who hates mean people! |

| Recent Review: | | This place is really quite terrible. The apartment its self is basically just mediocre, but a little on the expensive side. The problem with this place is the people who work here. And they are quite a problem. I guess there are 3 of them and none of them has ever really done anything right, and they've had lots of chances. If something breaks, just go ahead and plan that you will need to call to harass them, in all likelyhood they probably won't even write it down until the 3rd or 4th time you call. My toilet was broken for about 4 days before they fixed it. Hard to live in a place without a toilet. Please don't move here, there are much better places in Williamsburg. There are actually much better places on the same street (Merrimac Trail). |
