| Recent Review: | | This apartment definitely need some help. We've gone through 3 or 4 managers since we moved in in 2002. When we upgraded from a 2BR to a 3BR (no other 2BR available, we were told we had 5 days to do it in. When we got to the apartment, it was incomplete! Missing doors, more than half of the electrical socket panels were gone, incorrectly hooked up disposal & washing machine, no blinds, missing phone jacks, the tub in the main bathroom was unusable (hole in the tub itself and no spigot, missing weatherstripping on the doors to the outside...the carpet was claimed to be new, but stains showed up within 2 weeks! Maintenance came by after 2 weeks to fix some of it, but it took more than 4 months to get them out again.We've also had problems with people taking our spot (covered & paid for - $25 extra/month - Management is less than willing to do anything about it unless the people have been there more than 24 hours, even then they've balked) and not being able to find parking near our apartment if we show up after 5pm or have to go somewhere on the weekend.Then there's the kids. They roam the complex without supervision, and produce quite a bit of noise (and litter) from the time they get home (starting about 2:30) until 10 or later. As I have to get up at 4 in the morning to get to work, this IS a problem. Complaints to the management just get a "Well, they're kids..."Now that it's summer, the noise goes on all day.The managers have been mostly nice...just ineffective. |

| Recent Review: | | The only good thing that I can say about these apartments is that they are cheap. I have a 3 bedroom townhome for 850.00 a month. Other then that, it sucks! Maintanence is horrendous! I have been here a year and have had so many problems. When we first moved in, none of out bathroom fans worked. Even though we complained severl times, they were never fixed. There are no windows in the bathrooms eithers, so every time we showered our whole place got muggy and wet. Our dishwasher leaks every time we use it. Our patio door has no lock, there are no screens in our windows. (these are all problems that we complained about several times)Even grosser, my building had a rat infestation. Every night you could hear them scurrying around in the walls. They came into my apartment at night and chewed up cords, they got into any food that was not sealed. (like bread on top of the fridge) Finally, one died in the wall between me and my neighbors apartments. Is smelled so bad that it was unbearable. Brittany parks solution...wait 3 days until I threatened to move out...then put putty around the open holes in the bathroom to keep out the smell.Oh, and the water only has one switch. So if one apartment in the whole complex needs their water turned off. Guess what, EVERYONE'S water gets turned off. (this has happened to me while I was in the shower before) |

| Recent Review: | | I lived here for 1 year. While I was there my car was broken into twice (And I had a carport which cost $45 extra!)The grounds were beautiful. Pool and hot tub were nice...they even have a tanning bed! However, you don't want to use the features because the management is so snobby! And you are only allowed to bring two guests at a time.Maintenence is horrible. The entire time I was there my dishwasher leaked. They never fixed it. Also, the guy above me went on vacation. While he was gone HIS water heater leaked into my apartment. (water came in from the ceiling, I had no control over it). I called immideatly and the manager (Nickie) said that they would go fix his water heater but I would have to clean up the mess in my own apartment. There would not dry out my carpet or anything!This is not a good place for kids. The playground is very dangerous. There are screws everywhere and the whole structure shakes. The swings are attached to the monkey bars so that if a child is swinging, no one can use the monkey bars.Overall, the place is very nice. It looks like a luxury place. But the staff is awful, and the noise level is horrible! The guy above me had two kids who use to rollerblade up and down the stairs at all hours. Management never did anything about it. They unit next to us where young college students and they partied and got drunk all the time. |
