| Recent Review: | | This place is the worst place I ever lived.It looks pretty but APEX is always bending the rules in their favor.They are supposed to give you 48 hours notice for intent to enter unless it is an emergency and apparently everything is an emergency to them.I never got more then 24 hours notice.The parking is bad.There is never any where to park and if you are handicapped goodluck finding a spot that hasn't been illegally taken by another resident due to lack of space.They told everyone that they were going to # the spots so that everyone would have assigned parking and then never assigned anything so you can see that they have wonderful follow through.When I finally moved out I asked them for a one week extention on my lease and they said that they would look into it and call me back.They never did and then they had the gall to call and ask me to move out a couple of days early.All in all the apartments themselves are nice but the property management company is impossible to deal with and so please think carefully before moving into this or any APEX property management property. |

| Recent Review: | | I just have to say, I can't take this place anymore!!!This area is in the police blog everyday, I was mugged in the parking lot by the apartment manager this morning and he took all my money, my car was stolen for the 6th time in a year, and my oven caught fire this morning!!THis is not giving texas a good name!! |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex is not so bad.The noise has never been an issue for me, I have found it quite quiet.Phil has been polite to me, as have all of the staff.The apartments are cheap junk though.The worst problem is the rampant mold, as apartments were built without good ventilation.And the rent IS outrageous, but the location is really great and crime is not a big problem - No car theft for me, and no people "hanging out" in the parking lot, as I see at other complexes.Parking is terrible, and the gounds get pretty funky, but the apartments are cute inside and look impressive on the outside.You are paying top dollar for the fancy exterior and the great location, not quality. |

| Recent Review: | | Although the rent here is decent and affortable for the typical college student, the noise level is horrible.From hearing your neighbors typing on their computer late at night to hearing them talk on the phone, this apartment has a horrible insulation system.This apartment, which is dominated by college students is great for getting to know people and every day partiers but if your looking for a relaxing and nice environment, this place is not it.If you like studying with loud music that plays on late into the night and people yelling at each other across the courtyard, this is your place!You get what you pay for! And take my advice, if you absolutley need a place and its here, DONT LIVE ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR! |

| Recent Review: | | The buildings look good, but they are not managed well.Most of the tenants are irrespossible college students.If you see the flooded dumpsters, the parking lot, and the dirty hallways yourself, you'll understand why this is nota good place to live.The management compamy is a joke.People who work for Stebner change A LOT and TOO OFTEN.We have had at least 4 different on-site managers for the past 12 months or so.One only lasted for about a month, the one before that only lasted for about 3 months.So, when you have a problem(like noise or parking), you can't rely on the management to resolve the problems.I'm moving out as soon as the current lease expires. |

| Recent Review: | | Although the price is good compared to other apartment complexes, the fact that I can hear my neighbors breath and I can smell everything they cook is very irritating.I've put up with it for several years, but am now looking for something else.If you need to get to sleep before 1am, this is not the place for you.Between the car racing done on the street below and the drunks fighting on their decks, it's difficult to get sleep. |
