| Recent Review: | | Archstone managment is a nightmare. Absolutely "NO" loyalty to good tenants. They have a "price of the day" mentallity & could care absolutely less about keeping good - "on time" rent paying tenants & non troubling making tenants. When lease renewal time comes around - be prepared for a real moment of sticker shock!!! They raise rents from $50.00 - $270.00 per month(and I know this because of my own experience & from knowing most of my neighbors & what Archstone pulls with them.) | Recent Review: | | I agree with the other dissatisfied tenant. We left our apartment in immaculate condition and were charged for painting and carpet cleaning even though we shampooed the carpets after we moved out.This apartment management is over charging the ex-tenants.The roof leaked and the walls and sills were always full of mold and mildew.The need for repainting was due to the leaks from the roof. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived here for two years now.The old management I'll give you was horrible!But since the place was purchased it's been wonderful!The manager and all the staff are very friendly, and know everyone's name!They are very prompt in resolving small household matters and take every suggestion seriously!Everytime I see any of the staff they smile, wave and ask after my family.And are always happy to answer and questions!I'd recommend this complex over dozens I visited while looking for a new residence!And I would never consider leaving until my husband and I buy our first house! |

| Recent Review: | | Terrace Royale is a great place to live. The management is nice, efficient, and very professional. Community is always well kept, and maintenance effective. The previous comment definitely does not apply to the current management even though that management took place in December 2003. We like living here very much and we would definitely recommend to others. |
