						Recent Review: Small and quaint with a decent view. But, the place was drafty and mold grew everywhere...especially in the bathroom due to no ventilation. Also lost a large amount of my deposit for things that should not have been taken out. If you are single and have no kids living with you than this is a good place to live.

						Recent Review: These apartments have poor noise control and management does nothing about it. The office staff is unfriendly and cold, unwilling to compromise on any matters. Garbage cans are often overflowing outside. Upon inspection checkout, management charged me for new blinds on the windows when only a couple of slats were only very slightly bent. There were discrepancies on the lease regarding my monthly amount that I pay for rent. When these mistakes were noticed several months into my lease, I had to argue about getting the changes fixed so that I would be getting money back from my past rent payments. Management often enters apartments for menial things. The clubhouse has too many rules and the hottub in it is hardly ever clean and open for use. Management is just very picky overall, and refuses to compromise on anything.
