| Recent Review: | | In the time we have been here were have had few problems. Each of the three buildings has four apartments, mostly families. Their is a communal knoll between the upper two buildings and the lower one, we used it as a outdoor theatre.The parking depends on the building, the lower building has two driveways (combined about 15 midsize cars) though no private yards. The upper buildings have a strip of angled parking, which would probably accomodate about twenty cars.There are beautiful trees around the property and they keep it surprisingly quiet for being so close to HWY-99. Sometimes you haer trucks or sirens but not too often. It is a private road that ends at the upper building to no through traffic to worry about.The owner/manager is a sweet Asian man, Chik and his Swedish wife. We have had two |

| Recent Review: | | Over the time I had lived at Charter Club I had alot of problems with their maintenance crew I had put in several complaints about thing being breoken of messed up at my place but they never got rapaired. If you don't mind that move in there there office is nice enough but if you can't reley on the complex to fix what is wrog with your apartment why live there?? |

| Recent Review: | | Management changes every 3 to 4 months along with regulations & rules.No Cover on 3rd floor balcony, in a state where it rain most the time so is of no use. Not allowed to have cover.Repairs and replacement of broke appliances must be made in writing to Mgt. that changes every 3 to 4 months so nothing ever gets done.If and when lease is up no matter how much you clean and they say it passes you WILL NOT get deposit back, and will add other charges so you owe them when moving. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived here a year and in that time the management changed 3 times.The carpet was stained when I moved in and they are trying to charge me for replacement when I didn't damage it.Living-dinning room is a good size as is the master bedroom.The second bedroom was tiny.The balcony was not covered on the third floor and was not usable.It quickly became moldy and was always wet.Units on 128th are very noisy in the living room, especially with the windows open.The kitchen/pantry is a nice shape and has lots of cupboard space.There is also lots of inside closet space.The woodwork in my unit was poorly maintained with lots of scrapes and scratches that could have been fixed.Not much in the way of ammenities here.I couldn't afford to use the basebord heaters in the winter because they trippled my PUD bill.I got space heaters.It does have lots of guest parking. |

| Recent Review: | | This was by far the worst place to live yet. everyone had 8 kids apiece, many of the tenants were not legal in this country and living in two bedroom apartments with 8-10 other illegals, there is absolutly no parking, and to top it off the management was horrible and rude. They do nothing to help, hang up on you when they want to, and are just plain rude. Take my word for it this place sucks!!! |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex is a horrible, horrible place to call home. I have been treated so rudley by the staff it is pathetic. I lived there a couple years ago and was 6 days late on rent, when I went in to pay including the late fee they let me know that because I was late (granted this was not a normal pattern for me) they had a meeting earlier that day, and decided to evict myself as well as about 20 other residents. I became upset offering to pay even more late fees, but was told at the time by the manager as long as I moved within the next couple weeks I would notbe evicted so it would not go on my record. I moved within one week and next thing I know months later, I have an eviction on my record. Of course when I called the apartments that managerno longer worked there. Now they have a new managment comp I just spoke to that are just as rude and have absolutley no info on the prior managment company that like the last review said, (suppposedly exists), and cannot help me with any questions. Check out a different place if you are planning to move there, believe me. |
