Recent Review:I spent a year here and it was chaos. We had a newly redone apartment, the fixture were installed haphazardly and the paint was peeling two days after it was applied. The elevator was usually broken, the stairwell railings came off. When the elevator worked, the manager would leave the door ajar so it would be availible when she wanted it on the fifth floor. My bathroom ceiling fell in and I was without a shower for about two weeks, they finally let me have the key to a vacant unit to shower. The fire escape doors were broken so people could get in. The security door frequently had tape keeping it unlocked.Entry lights did not work and as a result people were beaten outside the building. There is only 90 minute street parking and the only greenery around the building I weeds.Noise, between the paper thin walls and the four or so bars it was not a family environment. I probably watched cop light outside the building at least once a week, not counting the ones driving by from the station. The only reason the managers new my name was I was always harassing them to get off their butts and get things done. This just a quick overview, it was better than nothing but if it can be avoided, do!

Recent Review:My experience there was ok the first few days but went downhill steadily after that. I had to deal with inept management from the start. Security that was very lacking and wouldn't even stop tenants trying to move out in the middle of the night (midnight)and making so much noise as to wake up an entire building!Kids who liked to find new ways of destroying the property where they lived! I finally was forced to move out to a new place only to find out my managers had re-rented to new people half way into the same month I moved out on and paid for. They claimed in court that they didn't charge them for those two weeks but I never saw the paperwork to verify their information. Im keeping a close eye on the tenants to see if mgmnt does indeed have to evict them or if they violate their lease as so many others have. If so I'm told from mgmnt I will get back those two weeks worth of rent from the new tenants funds. My advise to ANYONE thinking of moving into these apts is...RUN, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Don't even think of living there or telling any of your friends, unless you're tired of having them as friends.
