| Recent Review: | | So, i've been lied to so many times i can't even remember the truth about my apartment. The maintence sucks... carpets were dirty, and appliances don't match. I've seen the cops 2, had my car broken in to and so did my neigbors. Someone steals stuff off our front walks, even my fing lighter and matches. My appliances don't always work, and take for ever to get fixed, oh and did i mention that the weather stripping came off my door so now i have to crank the heat just to stay warm. I can't wait to move out... SO EXCITED... oh and the cops are real friendly if you have 3 hours to wait for them.l |

| Recent Review: | | This is not a safe place to live.Cops are here all of the time.The management will appear to be very professional when you first come here to see an apartment.The office is very clean and tidy, they are constantly maintaining the outside but let me tell you once you need something fixed it will take the maintenace guys weeks, to months, to years to fix it. Just spend an hour here, go hang out at the lovely play ground in the back and spend time with the children carrying sticks.You will understand where I'm coming from. We have had 3 drive by shootings here, someone decided to light a fire on one of the patio's here, cars are broken into, cars are stolen,things will be taken off your patio even if you have a chain on them,there are domestic disputes between people all of the time.Not a nice place to move.Cannot wait to save enough money to get out of here.The people who work in the office are very selfish and don't really care about the people who live in their community, they only care about how their community looks on the outside.They have a sign up saying they love their residents.BULLSHIT! |

| Recent Review: | | I should write a good report so we could get some decent people in here, but I cannot tell a lie....This Place Sucks!!You have to PAY to park because there is not enough spaces and then they don't even patrol or check up on the parking.Cars a consistantly broken into, damaged, tires flattened and many neighbors have permanent "guests" that are always bringing in new cars and moving them out after a few days.What's that about, huh??Then there are the kids that SCREAM and SCREAM and SCREAM.Their parents do not teach them to respect others and they destroy your plants and property or anything they can snatch up when your not looking.Then there's the HONKING.Starting at 4 a.m. to sometimes after midnight (just as we're getting to sleep) and HONK, HONK, HONK to pick up their friends or fellow workers.Where's their bloody cell phone?????Oh, they only use that while they're driving I suppose.When we moved here we had very high hopes because we did like the management team very much, but THEY LIED and now we're stuck because we haven't the money to move again with rents, deposits and moving costs so high.Don't you get stuck here unless you want to help turn this place around with a neighborhood watch group.(Lord, we do need help here.) |
