| Recent Review: | | I've lived here for almost three years now and I have never been this happy in an apartment...ever!It is a really quiet place...maybe some people don't like it quiet...but I love it!I never hear my neighbors...which is nice because I have to go to bed early because I work early in the morning.Before I moved here, I went and looked at the other apartments in this area, and none of them were as clean and friendly as this place.One of the reviews mentioned something about garbage on the property...that is bullshit because I see the groundskeeper cleaning up every morning when I go to work....nice guy always says 'good mornin to me'!Ohh..my dishwasher did leak once...but maintenance fixed it the next day.I pay around $850 for a two bedroomm apartment and it is HUGE!!I love it and I'm not moving until I can afford house! |

| Recent Review: | | Yes, they are nice apartments, but you have no privacy, neighbors are not very personable and the worst thing is that the parking is a nightmare. You get one parking spot & it is most likely that you wont even be near your apartment. For the person you live with they don't get a parking spot & the property manager is a complete psycho that loves to call the cops to have you car towed, even if your only parked there for 20-30 minutes. So, her suggestion is to park at the grocery store, which is down the hill, and if you ask me....who the hell wants to walk up a hill after youv'e been at work all day.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. |
