| Recent Review: | | Before you rent at Northpark apartments consider this. What makes an apartment complex nice to live in? The fast reliable maintenence, understanding managers who listen to tenant concerns, a nicley maintained grounds for children to play. The answer is yes, we all want those things. Will you get it at Northpark. NO! Unfortunetley the property is ran by an emotional pre-adult girl who is barely capable enough to manage a picnic. No, if I were you I'd strongly condider going across the street. Much nicer! |

| Recent Review: | | I've had numerous bug problems here, and neighbor problems also.They are in general a pretty nice apartment for the price, but there isa lot of cheap craftsmanship in them.My carpet is undone on all edges, my door handle fell off, and the walls chip really easy. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived at the Park for a year.Overall it was a decent place to live. The setting is nice and peaceful with many ponds and a greenbelt separating the apartments from the city. My apartment was quiet and my neighbors were friendly.However, the office staff will tell you anything to get you to move in. Upon move in I was told I would not have to pay anything for the carpet since it was over 5 years old, yet when I moved out they charged for cleaning.I called the manager about it, and she (Cathy) denied ever telling me I would not get charged.Also I was given an apartment with a |

| Recent Review: | | I read all the reviews on Totem Lake Apartments prior to making it my home--yes--MY HOME. I retired here, and not without checking it out, including not only the property, but the owners, management and the tenants.The positive reviews were right on--in all catagories.The negative reviews should be directed to the sender--as if they would ever disclose their true web or email address. Isn't it nice to hide behind the curtin of the web!The negative reviews were but a few past tenants with a set of very large axes to grind--mostly brought on by their own carelessness. I know, everybody knows, that the web, and this rating site, or any other site, is a haven for the "axe-carrying" former tenant. The "axe" usually comes on the move out report--you know--the stuff to be replaced and the cost to replace it.To prove the case, I offer my email address--doubtless the negative commentators will come forth in truthful fashion. It is an address open top all, both current and former tenants.
